5.1.2 Certain Tariffs have terms that restrict or preclude your right to modify or terminate your Reservation. We, or our authorized representative, will collect your reservation(s). If you wish, we will send you a letter confirming your reservation(s).

Acknowledging that we have been provided with personally identifiable information for the purpose of making a reservation, buying a ticket, using benefits, designing and delivering a service, simplifying migration and admission processes, and making such information available to governmental authorities in relation to your travels. To this end, you authorize us to store and use this information and to share it with our own agents, agents, governments, other carriers, or suppliers of the above mentioned service.

Please note that we will make every effort to respond to your seat reservation request. Even after embarking the plane, we retain the right to allocate or reallocate places at any given moment. 5.5.1 Further bookings or cancellations may be made under the obligation to confirm the reservation again within certain deadlines. However, if it is necessary and you do not confirm, we may reverse your chargebacks or chargebacks.

But if you tell us that you still want to go and there is room on the plane, we will resume your reservation and carry you. In the event that there is no seat available on the aircraft, we will make every effort to take you to your next or ultimate location. If this is necessary, you must confirm this with the airline whose air carrier codes appear on the ticket for the relevant ticket.

Note that we may reverse your booking if you do not show up for a trip without prior notice. If you inform us in writing in anticipation, we will not void your following reservation as far as possible.
