The Mileage Plan allows Mileage Plan members to accumulate mileage every flight they make with us or one of our airlines. Collect mileage when you travel with our mates. Take a plane for a league ride. Collect a kilometer. You get one kilometer for every kilometer you travel to one of over 100 Alaska and Virgin America destination.

You can use your e-mail or generate a username with at least 7 chars and at least 1 character. Generate a passphrase that consists of at least 8 chars and contains 1 capital character, 1 small character and 1 number.

Rewards FlyAway - Ravn Alaska

You will receive 10 FlyAway reward points for each Ravn Alaska flying part. Alaska Airlines or FlyAway Rewards must be presented on each trip in order for your points or miles to be awarded to your FlyAway Rewards or Alaska Airlines miles balance. Every place, every plane, every time, as long as a place is free!

Every place, every plane, every time, as long as a place is free! Are you flying more than 30 Ravn Alaska flights in one year? FlyAway Silver or FlyAway Gold membership gives you even more points per flying sector and other great advantages! Free, mileage or point ticket does not count.

Any bonus points earned do not qualifiy for Silver or Golden stats. In order to be able to enjoy your free on board drink, please make your on-board card available to your cabin attendant during the journey. Remember that your free drink is available only for the date and time you travel (indicated on your travel card) and cannot be used on any subsequent travel.

The FlyAway Rewards is a free, optionnal free airline rewards programme available to every client. A few points for an award? FlyAway Reward Points can be bought in packs of 5 for $100. Once points have been bought, they cannot be refunded. You can book free trips on-line through your FlyAway Rewards bankroll or through our reservation team.

Fuelsurcharges are applicable to reward trips up to $5.00 per flightegment. The FlyAway Reward Points, redemption bonuses and flying segments are shown on your Reward Points page. Notice that FlyAway Rewards will be deleted after 2 years of idle time. The Ravn provides automatic services that allow FlyAway Rewards members to review their bank statements, reset their FlyAway Rewards password and easily use their FlyAway Rewards name. If you call our call center, there is now an automatic system for verifying your points total. Please be aware that a FlyAway Rewards points enquiry with one of our customer support representatives will result in a small processing charge of $10.00 (ten) per enquiry.

Should you find that you are not able to travel, we will be pleased to reimburse you for any (!) points you have not used (deducted) and return them to your bank for you. Be aware that partial premium ticket usage is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked to another premium category (Basic to Anytime or Anytime to Basic).

Your points may not be sold and will lead to the cancellation of your bankroll. No third party or unauthorised broker shall be allowed to make reward transfer or other FlyAway reward transaction (including the establishment of a FlyAway reward balance, making a request for an account, reselling reward points and transferring reward tickets) on anyone's behalf.

Any attempt to buy, trade or resell these items or advantages will be deemed cheating Ravn Alaska and the member account of Ravn Alaska members will be canceled. Lack of credits? Applications must be submitted within 11 month of the date of departure and the traveller must have been a FlyAway reward member at the date of departure.

Please click here to claim an earlier balance. It can take up to 3 months for previous loan applications to appear on your bank statements, as the research period is required. Applications to include credits that are not available (failure to enter mileage per trip) will incur a research charge of $10.00 per itinerary. If your mileage was quoted at the point of your journey, it usually takes 7 working days for your Ravn Alaska balance to display after you book your ticket.

Alaska Airlines credits usually take up to 6 months to appear on your bank balance after the flight. Miles, discounts, sponsored or other discounts do not entitle you to award points or mileage credits. Collect Ravn Alaska FlyAway Rewards points on ALL Ravn Alaska departures throughout the country or select Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Miles on the following routes:

The Ravn Alaska numbers available for Alaska Airlines award points are #0001 - #0999 and #7000 - #7999 (the above routes). Only one programme will be credited for travel on air (pooling is not permitted) and no charter will be credited. Once miles or points have been added to your balance, they can no longer be cancelled and converted to another programme. After 2 years, bank balances that have no activities (flight activities, premium redeeming, point transfers, etc.) are cleared and cannot be restored.
