Ticketing costs include the airfare (fare), tax on airports and fuels, and the booking surcharge. Please indicate when paying by wire transfer: "Pay for air tickets. First name, last name, booking number..." You will find the date of your booking in the booking form. However, if the tickets have not been sent by this date, the booking will be deleted immediately.

You will be informed by e-mail as soon as the amount has been paid. At the same date the funds only arrive on workingdays and in the case of payments from the DVB banking accounts before 3 p.m. to our banking accounts at the DVB. Please ask your non-SEB banking provider for the conditions for the remittance. There are no periodic weekend wire payments, only via the BankLink system.

Important: Please make sure that the date and timeframe by which the booking must be settled is always stated in the booking form. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
