A private jets buyer consulting firm, Jet Advisors offers over 80 selections of jets in eight different classes. From small compact light aircraft, sometimes also known as very light jets (VLJs), to what is known as the Bizliner, the casual classification ranges mainly from the aircraft models operated commercial aircraft by local carriers, and even Boeing 737, 757 and Airbus A 320 models.

Naturally these do not have hundred of seating places, but have private rooms, shower rooms, meeting desks, meeting rooms and lots of leg room, which can expand in comfortable armchairs. Whilst it may seem like a sweets shop, even for the relatively low level of engagement of a solo chartership, choosing the right aircraft can affect your overall travel experiences.

As more passengers and more baggage you carry, the lower the reach. Whilst this may not mean much if you make a quick jump, it will remove certain airplane models if you want to go non-stop. Naturally, a refueling stop on a private flight often only takes about 20 mins.

Today private airfares are priced very differently, and indeed a Jet Smarter brokers offer its members, who are paying an $3,000 initiative fee and a $9,000 yearly fee, "free" empty legs positionings. Naturally it means to fly only to where and when there is an open plain and where there are cords. But assuming you are in a certain place and you want to get to a certain place at a certain point in your life, there is still a great variety beyond the tricks and promo's that seem to be spreading charters nowadays.

Beyond the jet, turboprops like the King Air, which have a similar cab as small aircraft, can reach about $3,000 per hour from about 3,000 to the other side ("It's the most convenient option for short-haul flying and is significantly more cost-effective than other similar jets," says Kenny Dichter, WheelsUp's chief executive officer, who uses the jet as the spine of his fleet.) to charter his own 737-like Boeing Business Jet at $15,000 per minute or more.

Ticket programmes often dispense with round-trip charges, but that's a completely different matter. Point is to fly private for a return trip of two hour, each route can slightly range from $15,000 to over $60,000. When you are a beginner in the charters business, I suggest you ask a boyfriend who is a frequent private jumper operator, preferrably an owners.

Thereafter there are a number of privatejet charter applications and sites that are enjoyable to use, many with large images of the aircraft, and provide in-depth information on aircraft sizes, ranges, seating capacities, baggage capacities and estimates of prices. However, most of them are held by private persons or businesses who lease them through managing societies operating the aircraft on their own account. Arrangements can be very different, but usually involve the recruitment of crew, servicing and disposition and approve when the aircraft is available for hire, as opposed to a reputation for the ownership.

Most interesting point here is that naval carriers usually have similar configuration on their navies, any owners can place their aircraft as they see fit, so you will see exactly the same aircraft model, but one with 11 and the other with 14 or 15 of them. Remember that stuffing each seating position in a private plane probably creates a somewhat confined area.

A number of carriers operate all their aircraft, while others do not. As with most of your private airline decisions, it is your individual preferences. They are both private entities that issue credit assessments of private air carriers, which include on-site audit. They will often find lessors and owners who advertise these reviews on their web sites.

Perhaps the best piece of advice for those of you who are expecting to fly private on a regular basis is to begin playing the game. Attempt a different aircraft model for each trip. Just like auto owner, jet owner will give you all the grounds they like their particular kind of plane. Grounds can change, so chartering (before buying) is a great way to see firsthand what is out there.

Sometimes they are the ones we have spoken to in order to serve the planes they recommend.

Offering a cruising distance of 1,800 sea-mile, the eight-seater model is capable of non-stop flight for three to four hrs, opening up more itineraries than a small plane, but is at the lowest-cost end of the mid-size class. Its $7,700 to charters back from New York to Washington for a single full flight - less than many smaller planes.

And it also has a much more roomy feel than a small plane, both in the cab and in the 700 pound luggage compartment - which can accommodate up to eight clubbeds. "Among the large cabinet aircraft, PrivateFly's Twidell says he loves the Embraer Legacy 600, which he calls "another very beloved option for charters," along with the remainder of the Legacy range, the 450, 650 and the new Legacy 500.

" Commenting on the advantages, he said: "It is widely used and in the long run it is the most cost-effective airplane. The Legacy 600, built on the Embraer's EFJ 135 from Embraer, the Brasilian company, has a very roomy feel and is unbeatable for a flight of around five hrs with a cruising distance of 3,400 mph.

It can accommodate up to 14 people, but without compromising on cabins or cargo area, so it is a good option for large groups or those with a lot of baggage. "Gulfstream is the sexiest name in the private jet business and Victor's Ryan says the GIV-SP is a very much -loved transatlantic jett.

These planes, which usually accommodate between 12 and 16 people, operate regularly between New York and London. Aeroplanes have an intelligent "airy" cab thanks to the uniquely large elliptical window and many of the cab's comfortable leathers can be transformed into bedding so you arrive relaxed and fresh for your important business outings.

Every one of these aircraft, which were mainly conceived for use in civil aircraft, is so differently configurated that there are great differences. While some have their own bedrooms, others don't. Still others have added refuelling to increase the cruising distance over exactly the same aircraft model. What really matters in this class is to look at the levels that are available, when and where you want to go.
