Wish I'd reread the travel consultant before I made the cheap ticket.... I' ve got them on a plane from Hong Kong to Beijing for April 26th. At the beginning of this weeks on 20 March they informed me by e-mail that the date of the flights would now be 27 April. This was unacceptable for me, as I had to be in Beijing on April 26, as my return to Canada is on April 27 in the mornings.
On the same date that I got her e-mail, I sent her an e-mail back saying that I needed a 26 April plane as I had initially scheduled it. And I got an automated answer saying they'd respond in 48hrs. Also, I phoned her number in Canada on the date I got her e-mail changing the timetable.
So when I said that I had to go with the 26, the only answer was that I should be waiting 48 hrs for an e-mailback. Waiting my 48 hour period without replying, I then sent a series of e-mails asking how they would resolve the issue and gave me what I had initially book.
There was no answer. Also, I have asked American Express, which I previously paid for the tickets at budgettair, to initiate an examination and get a reimbursement.

I used Opodo (which was good) before, but never Budgetair - I haven't even known them. There are many other "budget" sites they administer such as Vayama, Check Ticket, etc.. Book your flight to Bangkok very early at night. Thank you. And then ( yes, after I paid!) check out critiques that were debated.
Personally, I chose to look for ratings on Budgetair because I had just bought a cheap Toronto to Medellin tickets. It turned out that they made a small shift and asked me for my date of birthday, which I know is obligatory for airlines, but I had previously typed this information into the travel information under Budgetair.ca.
But, as SAM3376 said, folks have a tendency to publish mostly bad experience. "Looking for a review of Budgetair, I just bought a cheap Toronto to Medellin tickets. View ratings before posting? At the other side I looked for Expedia review out of interest, and to my amazement I found many bad ones.
Every one-way pass is governed by its own set of policies, limitations and charges. In the event that one of these services is affected by a modification of the carrier (e.g. annulment or modification of the timetable ) which causes a client to make changes to the other service, the client shall be liable for any charges for changes to the non-affected service.
