Spectrum Contract Buyout Form" and a copy of the closing invoice of the former supplier with clearly identified and filled out prepayment penalties are prerequisites for participation in the contract buyer programme. Once the form has been received and your entitlement has been verified, a cheque will be sent to your Spectrum service location for the amount of your current provider's prepayment penalty on your statement (maximum $500).

Purchase agreement form must be submitted to Spectrum within 60 business day after Spectrum Triple Play is installed or 2 business week after the date stated on competitor's closing invoice, whichever is later. Quotation applies only to qualified new Spectrum subscribers who have not signed up for Spectrum within the last 30 business day and have no open commitments to Spectrum.

The amount of the cheque is calculated based on the prepayment penalty on the prior vendor's closing invoice, which may not be more than $500.
