Mr. Rutledge is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Charter Communications, the second United States' premier wire and cable operator with 94,000 people and 26 million subscribers in 41 countries. Before becoming CEO of Charter in 2012, Mr. Rutledge, a 40-year old vet in the business, was Chief Operating Officer of Cablevision Systems.

In 1977, he began his professional life at American Television and Communications (ATC), a precursor of Time Warner Cable, where he held a variety of roles and ultimately became President of Time Warner Cable. Mr. Rutledge is currently Chairman of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association (NCTA) and a member of the Board of CableLabs and C-SPAN.

Recipient of the 2011 NCTA Vanguard Award for Distinguished Leadership, the highest distinction in the wire harness sector, he is a member of the Cable Hall of Fame and the Broadcasting and cable Hall of Fame. Mr. Bickham is President and Chief Operating Officer of Charter Communications. Mr. Bickham came to Charter in 2012 as Executive Vice President and COO.

Mr. Bickham's operating experience has contributed to Charter's significant expansion in recent years as the nation's most rapidly expanding wire services group. Mr. Bennett was appointed President in July 2016 when the transaction with Time Warner cable and Bright House Networks was completed. Mr. Bickham came to Charter from Cablevision Systems Corporation (currently part of Altice USA), where he was President of Cable and Communications.

Mr. Bickham began his professional life as a senior vice president of Time Warner cable with entrepreneurial responsibilities for several major industries. Mr. Bickham was a co-founder in 1986 of KBLCOM, a wire services firm working with American Television and Communications, a forerunner of Time Warner Cable. Mr. Bickham is a member of the Board of Directors of Cable Center and received the industry's 2007 Vanguard Award for Management of Cable Operations.

Mr. Ellen joins Charter Communications in 2016 as Senior Executive Vice President. Mr. Ellen leads several businesses and businesses, such as programming, Spectrum Networks, human resources, communications, diversity, security, regulation assistance and governance governance as well as providing litigation assistance in several of these areas. Mr. Ellen came to Charter from Cablevision Systems Corporation (currently part of Altice USA) where he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel.

Prior to Cablevision, Mr. Ellen was Deputy General Counsel at IAC, the multi-brand multimedia and Internet group. Mr. Ellen began his professional life working for the Federal Communications Commission and before that was court registrar for Sandra Day O'Connor, a former U.S. Supreme Court judge who has now reached retirement age. Mr. B.A. from Harvard College, a graduate in jurisprudence from Harvard School, where he was president of the Harvard Legal Review, and a master's from Cambridge University, where he was a Marshall Scholar.

Mr. Adams joins Charter Communications in 2012 as Executive Vice President, Field Operations. Mr. Adams is the supervisor of the sales force of the nation. Mr. Adams came to Charter from Time Warner Cable, where he lived for 17 years, serving as Regional Vice President of Operations for Wisconsin and Regional Vice President of Operations for Eastern Carolina.

Mr. Adams began his early careers at NewChannels Corporation where he held various executive positions, among them Vice President of New Business. Mr. W. W. H. holds an associated diploma in practical sciences, mechanical and electrical engineers from the State University of New York in Delhi and a B.S. in mechanical and electrical engineers from Florida International University. Mr. Bair joins Charter Communications in 2016 as Executive Vice President, Spectrum Networks.

Mr. Bair supervises Spectrum Network, a range of 24/7 24/7 community messaging and community sport network property and operation by Charter. Mr. Bair came to Charter from Bleachers Corp. where he was Chief Executive Officer of the start-up streaming media company. Mr. Bair began his professional life as President of Madison Square Garden's Media Group, where he managed the strategy, operations and finance of MSG Network, Fuse Music TV, MSG Interactive, MSG Radio and all sponsoring and advertising sales for the Group.

Prior to that, Mr. Bair also was President, Product Manager and Marketer for Cablevision Systems Corporation (currently part of Altice USA), where he was in charge of Cablevision's strategic development, coding, marketing operations and public relations, as well as managing the company's brands of broadcast and Internet products and solutions. Mr. Bair also managed Cablevision/Rainbow's domestic and local sport network and senior roles at HBO, Showtime Network, Ogilvy and Mather Advertising.

Mr. B.A. in broadcasting communication from Penn State University and recently won the University's Distinguished Alumni Award. Mr James Blackley kam 2012 als Executive Vice President, Engineering and Information Technology zu Charter Communications. of Charter. Mr. Bowman was appointed Chief Medical Officer of Charter Communications in 2018. Mr. Bowman heads Spectrumobile, Charter's recently introduced cellular phone operations. It works with each function, outside supplier and Charter's overarching networking resources to provide a transformational and seamless embedded portable radio connection and consumer experiences.

Mr. Bowman, a long-time manager with three decades radio expertise, came to Charter from LeEco North America where he was Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Bowman was Chief Sales and Operation Officer of Samsung Telecommunications of America leading long-term strategy initiative, operation, mobile carrier and retailer sales before moving to LeEco.

Mr. Bowman began his early careers with Sprint and Nextel, where he worked for 17 years as President and Vice President of several businesses. Mr. W. W. holds a Bachelor's of Arts from Evangel College in Economics, an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and an Executives Diploma from Georgetown University.

Mr. Crichlow came to Charter Communications in 2016 as Senior Vice President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Crichlow is in charge of the overall policy formulation and execution of the Charter for Biodiversity and Integration initiative. Mr. Bailey was awarded a BA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Mr. Dudley joins Charter Communications in 2013 as Senior Vice President, Communications.

Mr. Dudley heads the teams in charge of in-house and outside communication and impacts on society. Mr. Dudley came to Charter from Time Warner Cable, where he was Group Vice President, PR. His responsibilities included the company's interactions with the domestic and international press as well as the overall PR strategies. Mr. Dudley began his professional life as senior vice president of Dan Klores Communication, New York, where he worked with a variety of distressed and commercial clients.

Before entering the business community, Mr. Dudley worked in the New York State Council and held a number of communication roles in the administrative functions of former Governor George Pataki. Mr. Kline came to Charter in 2015 and will take the lead strategically to lead the business in the progressive TV ad industry. Mr. Kline came to Charter from Ensequence, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Kline began his professional life as President and Chief Operating Officer of Cablevision Media Sales (now Altice Media Solutions) for more than 15 years. Managed the company's promotional operations and led many innovations for the wire and cable industries. Graduated from Ohio State University with a B.A. in a customized course of studies specializing in economics and leadership.

Mr Paul Marchand kam 2015 als Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer zu Charter Communications. Ms. Mayo leads the operations and technical assistance strategy that changes Charter's client services paradigm and enables enhanced and more efficient interaction and communication. Prior to that, Ms. Mayo was Executive Vice President, Consumer Operations at Cablevision Systems Corporation (currently part of Altice USA), where she was responsible for the company's field operations.

Mr. Meeks joins Charter Communications in 2016 as Executive Vice President and President of Spectrum Enterprises. Mr. Meeks manages the business operation, sales, marketing, strategic and sales of Spectrum Enterprises, which provides Internet, network, language, commercial web and business management solutions to the world' biggest charter clients. Mr. Meeks came to Charter from Time Warner Cable after completing the Company's deals with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks.

Throughout his 27 years with Cablevision, he has led various roles in the company's program division, among them Senior Vice President of Programming Acquisition.

Mr. Nuzzo came to Charter on 23 June 2014 as Executive Vice President, Corporate Planning. Mr. Nuzzo previously served with Cablevision Systems Corporation from 1986 to December 2013, most recently as Senior Executive Vice President, Operations and business planning. Mr. Nuzzo holds a Bachelor's of Arts qualification in Economics from the University of Hofstra.

Ms. Pope came to Charter Communications in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Head of Genuine Contents. Ms. Pope will supervise all initial coding effort, as well as the production and introduction of the new shows that will be available first on the Spectrum platform. These include Charter's initial collaborations with AMC and Viacom as well as prospective collaborators.

Ms. Pope came to Charter from Studio 8, where she was Head of TV and involved in setting up the company's TV department. Before Studio 8, she was president of Chernin Entertainment's TV department and led the entire 20th century Fox creation and manufacturing company's team. As an executive producer she has produced many serials, among them Emmy and Golden Globe nominations.

At the beginning of her professional life, Ms. Pope worked 10 years at NBC/NBC Universal Television Studios, where she held a number of executive positions that included Executive Vice President of the Network and President of the Studio, where she was involved in the development of several hits. Mr Jane Rhodes kam 2016 als Group Vice President, Head of Corporate Security zu Charter Communications.

Mr. Weber came to Charter from Cablevision Systems Corporation (currently part of Altice USA), where he was Executive Vice President, Engineering Network Managment. Before joining Cablevision, Mr. Weber worked for two years at Comcast Corporation, where he managed the company's technology operation, general engineering and networking functions.

In addition, he was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis of the Continental Europe activities of NTL Incorporated and held the position of senior partner in the Communications Equity Associates Group. Mr. Winfrey has worked in the wire and cable industries for nearly 20 years and in 2015 won the Vanguard Award for Young Leadership from the Internet & Television Association (NCTA).
