Charter Service call
Call Charter ServiceIf I had problems with my web that necessitated several hits, I was only debited once because the technician saw that I was using my own modems. I could get this written off when I contact support, though. Other service phone conversations didn't burden me with the customer's own modems, although the problem was on Charter's side. said von samthegam:

Also, I did hear from a little birdy that they are going to be charging $5 for any incident in the futures. said by Anon09158: I' ve been told by a little guy that in the near term they will be charging $5 for every troublesome call. That shouldn't be permitted because if the problems are on the charter side, they shouldn't tell you that you've found something incorrect with their gear or facility.
You do not bill fees for lorry reels that are related to problems with their gear. The wiring in the building is only included if you pay for "Line Maintenance" (or whatever you call it).

Approximately 3 week ago I had a chartered tech come out to fix my T3/T4 timeouts.
Turns out there was too much stress created by hot weather on my drip, so the technology overtook it. Just got my bill and noted a $45 service fee. {\pos (192,210)}I phoned the charter to get a voucher, and the agent could voucher it. Although she asked many a question about what kind of work was being done, I only said that technology didn't let me know that there would be a load and that the fall wire was being substituted.
Dropping a substitute should not result in a service call fee. Lets me ask if the technician has completed the work order with the incorrect resolving code(s). I' m glad you took that load off.
