If you are asked to do this, choose Cancell Appointment. Notice: Choose Keep Appointment if you choose not to cancele. Log in to My Account. Choose the My Profile page. In the My Settings section, choose Users Management. Choose Create Users. If you want the account partner to have full account control, click to make this a partner, or click to set specific privileges for each specific utility by selecting the Make this a partner option.
Please refer to the General Conditions for the Administration of Users and tick the checkbox as I have reviewed and accepted the General Conditions. You will receive an e-mail to finish the enrollment procedure. Please note: After sending the e-mail, the registered users have 72 hour to finish the enrollment time.
Unless the end users finish the registry within the 72-hour time frame, you must run the registry from the beginning. Please note: Only the main account holder or an account partner can deactivate a user's account privileges. Log in to My Account. Choose the My Profile page. In the My Settings section, choose Users Management.
Choose the Users tab page. Find the required Browse button and choose Deactivate next to its name. Hint: You can reactivate a deactivated account by click on Activate next to a user's name. Please note: Only the main account holder or an account holder can remove a user's account name. Log in to My Account.
Choose the My Profile page. In the My Settings section, choose Users Management. Choose the Users tab page. Find the required name and choose Delete next to its name. Hint: Only the main account holder or an account partner can administer users and settings. Log in to My Account. Choose the My Profile page.
In the My Settings section, choose Users Management. Choose the Users tab page. Find the required Browse button and choose Edit next to its name.
