Receiving a credit can be as easy or as difficult as you want, as long as it suits your needs and those of your customers. A receipt can be as easy as a receipt or as informal as a scrawled note on a sheet of hard copy. Receipt of payments may also contain the conditions of purchase, e.g. whether all purchases are definitive or whether articles can be converted within 30 working days when the invoice is presented by the client. Vouchers for payments are important fiscal documentation that proves the operating expenditure that you are writing off on your fiscal paper.
