Every year I go to Oshkosh and to some of the large fly-ins and see many planes and flight activities. It is no mystery that General aviation activities have been slowing down in recent years. However, is General Aviation about to die or is it gone?

I started flying in 2012, and like many others I have been in love ever since! Having completed my CFI education at Indiana State University, I was teaching there until recently when I returned to the region, but not before graduating with a Bachelor's in Aviation Management last autumn.

The Indiana Flight Center

The Indiana Flight Center began in 1996 as FBO at Elkhart Airport. Previously, the airline was only active in aeroplane operations and had been doing so continuously since the mid-1980s. We' ve got over 19 air travel classes to which we belong: Bookkeeping, administrative, avionics, dispatchers, engineers, executives, finances, flight attendants, interiors, fixtures and fittings, scheduled services, servicing, managements, paint, pilots, helicopters, distribution, editors, cabin manning.

The Indiana Flight Center as hosts for Fly-In Drive-In

On Friday, guests can take a flight to Elkhart City Airfield or go to a filmnacht. The Indiana Flight Center hosts the first Fly-In Drive-In movie on Friday at 18.00 at the Indiana Flight Center. Disney's film "Planes", which will be screened on the Hangar Gates, will be shown at the show.

It has a finite seating capability as it is the first of its kind at Elkhart International Airfield, said Brandon Herzog of the Indiana Flight Center. Duke said he hoped to extend the meeting in the years to come. Whilst the entrance is free, the most important donation for the Fly-In Drive-In will be a throw at a stationary aircraft.

Grown-up main award winner will receive a trip in an old double-decker, while children main award winner will make an introduction flight with a coach in a glider. Indiana Flight Center programmes such as flight instruction are also included. "We are doing everything we can to raise public consciousness of the aerospace industry in the region," said Herzog.
