Please take this into account as the passengers read these conditions: "A " PASSENGER" means any individual, other than members of the flight crew, transported or to be transported on an aeroplane in accordance with a flight coupon. "ASSOCIATED STOP SITES" means these places, with the exception of the places of embarkation and disembarkation, which are listed in the Tickets or in the flight schedules of the Air Carriers as planned stops on the Passenger's journey.
"BAG " means the passenger's own belongings that accompany him in the context of his journey. Except where otherwise stated, it shall consist of both hold and hold luggage. "Luggage screening" means the parts of the Ticket relating to the transport of the passenger's hold luggage. "Luggage Pass Day" means a paper record created exclusively to identify hold luggage.
"CONTRACT CONDITIONS" means those declarations included in the Ticket or the itinerary or made with the Ticket or the itinerary/receipt of the passenger which are marked as such and which contain these Terms of Carriage and Communications by way of references. 1. the Agreement for the Unification of Certain Regulations for International Carriage by Air, done at Warsaw on 12 October 1929 (hereinafter called the Warsaw Convention); - the Warsaw Agreement as revised at The Hague on 28 September 1955; - the Warsaw Agreement as revised by Additional Protocol No 1.
"T "T DAYS" are calendars, inclusive of all seven weekdays; provided that the date on which the advice is sent is not included in the count for giving the advice; and further provided that the date on which the Ticket is made out or the flight commences is not included in the count for giving the advice of time.
"HANDBAG " means all pieces of luggage of the passenger with the exception of checked luggage. "STOPOVER " means a planned stop on the passenger's voyage at a point between the place of embarkation and the place of arrival. "Customs " means the tariffs, fees and/or related terms and conditions of an air carrier which, where applicable, are made public and submitted to the competent authority.
Should any part of these Conditions of Carriage be or become void under the laws in force, the remaining parts shall nevertheless continue to apply. When travelling abroad, the validity of the pass must be at least 6 month from the date of departure. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that appropriate journey documentation is compiled and prepared as necessary.
Please ask all travelers to verify the precise requirements and procedures for travelling and obtain confirmation from the relevant national embassy. On all international routes, the only pass that would be accepted would be a current one. Certain tickets are available at reduced prices and may not be refunded in full or in part. Some tariffs may include restrictions related to changes/cancellations and policies.
Some promotional and sales tariffs do not allow changes to the flight. When making your reservation, please note the flight price limitations. Refunds to Customers in the case of cancellations of Non-Cancellable Tickets will be limited to the amount that has been received for any taxes/duties/duties/duties and/or surcharges. - Cancellations of all international services will be subject to a 4500 INR (e.g. 06-Sep-18) charge or a basic rate plus per capita per additional per cent per service, whichever is lower. Changes/cancellations of a reservation are possible up to 4 hrs before the planned flight start date.
Make sure that the passenger's reservation name is the same as the ID card. Reservation Cancelation - Each time a reservation is cancelled, a reduction will be made on the amount of the per person per section cancelation charge. You will find the cancellations fees for international reservations in section [3.1. 9] of the General Terms and Conditions. Payments for groceries bought on board will be processed in India Rupee (INR), US Dollar (USD) and only in the target town' s local exchange except for Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR), Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and Nepali Rupee (NPR).
Passenger may need to buy a new one. Bordkarte for the last international stage of the voyage will only be made out at the last departure stop. Tariffs shall be applicable only to transport from the point of departure to the point of arrival, unless otherwise specified.
Amount of any and all applicable levies, customs and excise dues, levies or supplements to be paid by the Passenger shall be charged at the time the Ticket is issued. In the event that an established levy, fee, charge, surcharge or fee is changed or a new levy, surcharge or tax is levied, the passenger shall not be required to make any payment or receive any reimbursement after the date of issue of the Ticket, unless it is a refund:
Passengers between the age of 15 and 65 without illness or infant can reserve a premium seating. Unless you wish to make an advance reservation, your space will be allocated free of charge at check-in (subject to availability). Passengers' travel will be more smooth if they take sufficient notice of the check-in periods.
Checking in will close 60 min (75 min in the case of Dubai and Kabul) before the flight's planned start. From Kabul, however, the gates close 45 min before take-off. It is recommended that travellers traveling together in a group of 40 or more should reach the terminal at least 30 min before the recommended arrival date.
The passenger is in this case eligible for a full reimbursement. Transportation of the passenger or his baggage may compromise or substantially impair the security, good health as well as the well-being of other persons or the flight attendants; the passenger's intellectual or bodily condition, whether impaired by drink or drug, constitutes a danger or threat to himself, the passenger, the flight attendants or the passenger's belongings;
Passenger has declined to undergo a safety inspection; Passenger has not remitted the current airfare, tax, fees charge or charge; Passenger does not appear to have current valid passenger documentation; Passenger may attempt to arrive in a destination through which he or she is in transit or for which he or she does not have current passenger documentation; cancel his or her passenger documentation during the flight; or decline to provide his or her passenger documentation to the flight personnel upon request against proof of it; and Passenger has failed to comply with the requirements of theASA; and Passenger has failed to pay the current airfare, tax, fee or charge;
All imports must be accompanied at the time of introduction by plant health certification and other compulsory documentation from their country. Manual/short luggage: Manual/cabin luggage of up to 7 kg. L+W+H on Boeing aircrafts, may be transported per person free of charge. Travellers with small children are permitted to take an extra 7 kg or less of cabin luggage.
Checking in luggage: Unchecked luggage should not be larger than 158 cm (62 inches) in overall L+W+H area. Surplus luggage can be bought on-line, airport and passengers bookings at least 6 hrs in advance of flight start according to prepaid overweight. Prepaid oversized luggage and prices are listed below:
Once prepaid luggage has been acquired, it cannot be reversed or partly used as individual luggage. For example, if you purchase 5 kg and do not want to take extra luggage, the same cannot be canceled OR 5 kg is purchase and extra luggage is 4 kg, then the remainder of 1 kg is not transferable/not refundable/not re-usable.
Every prepaid excess baggage plate can only be reserved once, i.e. per PNR / per passenger / per sector. Registered baggage must bear the passenger's name or other unique identifier. Sports/ski gear, golf pouches, large stringed instrument cases, bicycles, surfboards, large screen televisions (LCD) and LEDs (LED) larger than 39 inch and other such large and/or oversized objects are referred to as special baggage.
Exceptional luggage, if recorded as hold luggage, is subjected to a handling fee as indicated in the following grid: Illuminated LED/LCD televisions for sizes 39 inch and below are handled like regular check-in luggage. Ceiling height of LEDs / LC display TV to be acceptable for transportation is 55 Inch.
Carry-on luggage should not be larger than (L+B+H) - 55cm+35cm+25cm total 115cm (45 inches) on Boeing routes and 50cm+35cm+23cm total 108cm (42.5 inches) on Bombardier routes. Carry-on luggage may be 7 kg (including laptop and free checked bags) per parent and per infant (any person over 2 years of age).

Passenger cabin baggage which cannot be stowed in this way, is excessively heavy or for any cause is deemed unstable shall, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 8, be transported as hold baggage. Articles which are not fit for transport in the hold (e.g. sensitive stringed instruments) and which do not comply with the provisions of paragraph 8.2.
The following articles/positions must not be contained in the passenger's luggage: - Inflammable fluids and solid materials such as cigarette lighters, cigarette lighter fuels, matchbooks, paints, thinner, firelighters, cigarette lighters that have to be inverted before they ignite, self-igniting materials, materials that produce inflammable gas upon exposure to fire. Passengers may not hold any cash, currencies, jewellery, metals, computer equipment, computer equipment, tradable paper or instrument, security or other valuable item, commercial document, passport or other identity document or sample in their hold luggage.
If it is necessary to transport these objects (at the passenger's risk), they should be transported in the passenger's hand luggage in the car. Medicaments and toilet articles may be transported in restricted amounts which are necessary or appropriate during the passenger's voyage (where transport is allowed under the relevant regulations).
In the event that the Passenger is unavailable, his/her Baggage may be screened in absentia to determine whether it is in his/her possession or contains any of the items described in Article 8.3. 4 the passenger is obliged to pick up his hold baggage as soon as it is made available at its place of departure or stop.
The holder of the luggage registration voucher and the luggage registration voucher alone shall be entitled to the extradition of hold luggage. Transport of spirits: A maximum of 5 litres with an alcoholic content of between 24% and 70% in all are allowed in retailer packages as hold luggage. Transport of alcoholic beverages as carry-on luggage on national flights is forbidden for safety reasons.
Passengers may take alcohol with them when bought in duty-free stores when traveling on international routes. POC's are permitted in national / international (Boeing and Q-400) direct / intercity / connection traffic. POCs are permitted in cabin and check-in luggage. - Flight schedules may vary between the date of release and the date of the passenger's actual journey.
Passengers will not be delayed in the transport of their luggage until the end of the flight, and the carrier will take all necessary steps to prevent delays. Tickets will be refunded as at the point of purchase. The passenger may at any time disembark and refuse further boarding and be pursued for crimes carried out on aircraft.
If as a consequence of the behaviour of a passenger of the type referred to in Article 11(1). Passengers are solely responsible to obtain all necessary documentation and visa and to comply with all applicable law, regulation, order, requirement and travelling rules of the country from which they fly, enter or use.
Intermediate and terminal travellers should keep their Boarding Card at hand for the purpose of checking physically at points of passage. Guest responsible for fines, contingency costs, etc. Upon request, the baggage of the air passenger shall be screened by custom or other government official. Responsibility of each of the carriers participating in the passenger's voyage shall be governed by its own terms and condition of transport.
INR 750,000 for each person only if the person is 12 years of age or over and INR 375,000 if the person is less than 12 years of age on the date of the incident.
"Liabilities for lost, delayed or damaged luggage are restricted by the Montreal Convention 1999 or the Warsaw Convention 1929 (as applicable). If the Montreal Convention 1999 is applied, this responsibility is restricted to a limit of 1,131 SDR (approx. 1,800 USD) per person for hold and unhold luggage. The Warsaw Convention 1929 limits responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged luggage unless a higher value is stated in writing and extra fees are made.
Most Warsaw Convention 1929 international trips (including the home part of international travel) have a maximum legal exposure of approximately US$9.07 per lbs (US$20.00 per kg) for hold luggage and US$400. Package 00 per person for hand luggage. Passengers must be in possession of all necessary documentation and visa and comply with all applicable international law, regulation, ordinance, requirement and requirement.
On international connecting services, check-in begins 03 hrs ahead of flight time and closes 60 min (75 min on Dubai and Kabul) ahead of flight start date, and on national connecting services, check-in begins 02 hrs ahead of flight start date and closes 45 min ahead of flight start date.
Passengers who have a link from home to abroad or the other way round are the following steps. Passengers will only be given their on-board card(s) up to the point of passage at the moment of check-in. Passengers are obliged to pick up their luggage on arrival at the point of passage. Failing this, the passengers are obliged to organise appropriate transport.
"A passenger who arrives from an international flight and then on the way to another national flight shall not be authorised to hold more than 100 ml of liquid in their hold luggage when passing through screening. According to this BCAS guideline, duty-free alcohol is also not permissible as carrying-on luggage.
Traveler must put it in his hold bag. At the end of the trip, the unobjectionable return voucher for hold luggage is credible proof that the luggage was supplied properly and in good order. Those rules and circumstances, which vary from period to period, are important.
In the case of all international (non-Indian) credit/debit cards, the payment must be presented for checking at the desk if the customer is the holder of the payment ticket. In the event that the Ticket Holder does not travel, it is imperative that the Traveler present a copy of the front of the credit/debit cards properly authorised by the Ticket Holder as well as the current ID of the Ticket Holder to the Flughafen check-in personnel.
If there is no such credit/debit or copy and/or discrepancy in our identification, we shall be obliged to deny carriage. The tariffs are available for national and international bookings. Only for direct and via flight. The full luggage limit applies to those who book under these tariffs.
