In February Boeing supplied its first 747-8VIP. Born in 1942 as a snowshoe maker,ombardier ( ) has become one of the world's biggest manufacturers of corporate and local aircraft. Over the past 15 years, the airline has introduced several corporate jetliners, among them the Learjet 40 and 45, Challenger 300 and 605, and Globals 5000 and 6000.
Scheduled for completion, the Learjet 85 will be the first fully composites commercial aircraft. Global 7000 and 8000 ultra-long aircraft will be added to the Global 7000 and 8000 fleets in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Learjet 70 and 75 were presented in May. The Cessna ( ) made its first aircraft in 1927 and has since delivered more than 190,000 units.
Out of the approximately 16,000 commercial aircraft in use around the world, Cessna has manufactured one third. From the Mustang Very Light to the Mach 0. 92 C4 Edition, the company's nine executive aircraft will soon deliver the even quicker C4 Series Ten. Diessault Industries, the EADS Group and a group of retail shareholders own Diessault Aviation, of which Diessault Falcon jet () is its distribution and technical assistance affiliate in the U.S. The airline manufactures airframe products at its facility in the South West of France. Diessault is offering the Falcon 900 and 2000 Falcon and Falcon 7X trijets with the latest fly-by-wire approach controls and combat-ready side sticks in the dashboard.
Next Falcon, experimentally named text message, will be a dual engined aircraft, but no detail on this aircraft has been made known. Inexpensive Falcon 2000S will be certificated this year. The Embraer ERJ 135/145 cell formed the basis for the company's first commercial aircraft, the Legacy 600, which was first deployed in 1999. G650, the flag ship, will have a bigger and broader cab and bigger window than the manufacturer's top models and will be able to sail 7,000 sea-mile without fuel.
G650 will have a max operational velocity of Mach 0. 925 and will be the quickest civilian aircraft in the game. Walter Beech presented the Model 18 in 1937, probably the first twin-engine corporate aircraft in the cabine category. Beech launched the Twin-Turboprop King Air in 1964, which is still in use. The Hawker Beechcraft was a pioneer in the use of compound material in corporate aircraft manufacturing, and the body and tail of the Premier 1A and Hawker 4000 are made of compound material.
PILATATUS () is the world's largest manufacturer of single-engine turbo-props. Recognized as the company's best-selling PC-12, it was awarded certification in 1994 and immediately appealed to shoppers who valued its robustness, roomy cab and unsurpassed power. Pilotate's engineering staff are working on the development of the PC-24, but the firm has not published any detail on this aircraft, which is likely to be a two-engined turbo prop.
