Cab hkTaxicab offers a personalised point-to-point transportation services for air travellers. According to the act, a taxi may take your own luggage, but not goods. Therefore, the customer should not rent a taxi for the transportation of goods. Various taxi companies in Hong Kong have reported their operations. Most Hong Kong areas have municipal cabs (except the Tung Chung Road and the streets in the southern part of Lantau).

CTSQ is composed of non-official members from various industries such as taxi trading, Legislative Council, District Councils, Science, Consumer Council, Hong Kong Tourism Board and People with disabilities, etc. CTSQ will be used as a multi-party forum to debate policies and actions to promote change to improve the delivery of taxi services.
If you have any compliments or comments about the taxi services, please make a note of the taxi sign or information on the Taxi driver Indetity Plate (e.g. taxi driver ident number). You can also order a machine-printed ticket voucher. The refusal of taxi riders to give a passenger a copy of a ticket upon demand without a valid apology is a criminal act.
Should the voucher printer not work, the taxi operator should write a handwritten voucher. Customers have to foot the taxi charge as it is calculated by the meter according to the legal regulations.
