What is the most comfortable way for 4 persons to travel together from the airport to the inner city accommodation (Strathcona and Holiday Inn on Carleton)? Could we just call a cab outside the airport and how much should we be expecting? Upon our arrival I think that the guesthouse will be able to call a taxi for us? especially as our plane is at 08.50 and we have to depart very early in the mornings.

Have a look to the right of your contribution. Getting downtown from Toronto Pearson Airport. And, yes, I would hopefully the guesthouse would call a cab for you. It cost 45-60 dollars. You better take a cab or a shuttle to Kypling and take the "better way". You can rent a taxi in front of the airport, there are always several of them.

When you can get a limousine to take you to the airport for your early night flights, I would recommend it, especially as it really isn't more costly than a taxi. Well, the hotelier should be able to set that up for you. Travel time to the airport varies depending on the transport situation.

Will this be the going rates or can anyone suggest a more cost efficient option? Sure. As a rule, we only call you or have the hotel reception call you to collect your luggage.
