What is the extra charge for picking up from the airport?

Early Saturday we organize a vehicle to take us from our apartment to Heathrow airport and back on Monday night. To the airport the fare is ?, the fare that comes back is ?. An option is cost-based pricing discrimination: the chauffeur may have to queue at Heathrow as the aircraft and the collection of our luggage may be late.

A further reason is that tariffs are fixed to coincide with the difference in measured cabs to mirror the wait for tariffs at Heathrow (although I think competitive automotive service providers would remove that difference).
