I' m on ice to do exactly that. Not sure how it works. Now Alaska says the VCR isn't showing the right flight. Not sure how to persuade BA to see/fix it. Now talk to another BA operative..... When they are, they are futile and you are probably wasteing your own speaking to them.

I don't know where in the galaxy you are, but you can try to call 0191.490.7901, their Newcastle call center, which is generally much more proficient. Will your BA booking give you a different flight confirmation number for Alaska that you can use now? I' ve noticed that Alaska Airlines is very client focused. I have a wife called Monica who I think is in Jamaica? nevertheless she said that it is her issue and hopefully it will be solved by 730am our own clock (in an hours and two hours before departure). thanks for your help!
