They do this because they do a pricing review on the site before they send you there, which is beautiful. Skyscanner will let you know if the ticket cost has increased (because tickets at certain rates can expire quickly) and ask if you still want to go to the site. And it can also be really disappointing when the incredible fare you've found is leaving while you're waiting. It' s a great way to make things a little slower.

Where can I get the most out of these Metasuch sites and find the best airfare rate? However, I will give you some hints to help you find the best offers. Recall when I said I looked at the Finnish Skyscanner website in Portuguese with Euro or Dollar? A number of an OTA adds a charge for services in addition to the announced rate, so look at the end rate when making your payments. It is always a good idea to compare prices to make sure the OTA doesn't bullshit you and you don't get paid more than you need.

However, in general, the 3 sites I suggest should give you the definitive overall cost of the results. It is very different (and much better) than some other engines that offer pre-embarkation ticket rates and services charges, making it much harder to actually benchmark them.

Another thing to know is that many ATAs will try to provide additional benefits such as trip cancellation policies, tickets flexibility, seating or other things you don't need.
