747-8 Boeing Business Jet for sale

The Qatar government's Qatar Amiri Flight executive carrier, Qatar Amiri Flight, has offered one of its Boeing 747-8s for sale. This is an anonymised aviation industry that is seldom open to the general public. However, the aviation industry is not a big part of it. One of the most stunning VVIP planes is now for sale on the Avbuyer.com airplane sale site.

Boeing 747-8 with VQ-BSK certification was manufactured in 2012 and shipped to Qatar Amiri Flight after completion of the 2015 cabins. The VVIP passenger compartment of the plane is awaiting a new owners' arrival three years later. Featuring a 76-passenger and 18-member flight deck, the plane provides its occupants with first-class passenger services.

The website says the jet was supplied "green" by Boeing and the indoor installations were carried out by the North American Completion Center. The jet has accomplished approximately 200 airplane rotations and 436 flight times since its shipment in 2015. The Qatar Amiri Flight is a Qatar SAR executive board member, which provides global charters and serves solely the Qatar SAR King's and Queen's family as well as other members of the Qatar SAR executive.

There are several Airbus A330s and VIPs in the Airbus portfolio, among them two A330 VIPs and three Airbus Airbus A320s. Boeing said the US based company was selling only 47 copies of its biggest plane, the Boeing 747-8. A number of planes were purchased by non-identified clients or V.I.P. jet clients.

A Qatar Amiri Boeing 747-8i, the world's biggest business jet, is up for sale.

Besides a 40-year-old Boeing 747SP (available for 9.5 million dollars), a nearly brand-new Boeing 747-8i from the Qatari King's House is now for sale. With only 436 flying hrs on time for 200 cycle, the plane is capable of carrying 76 persons in an ultra luxury cab.

As well as 76 places for the King's House itself, the airplane is operated by 18 members of the team. In Bermuda, the VQ-BSK registrated airplane came off the production line in Everett (WA) in 2012 and was equipped with a VVIP cabin by Boeing's San Antonio (TX) Air Services Center in 2015.

There is no mention of an offer prize, but the listed prize of a "naked" (not established) Boeing 747-8i is 370 million US dollar. The Qatar Amiri Flight aircraft still comprises three Airbus A319s, three Airbus A320s, two A330-200s, one A340-200, one A340-300, one A340-500 and three Boeing 747-8i.

By the way, the Boeing 747-8i, like the 747SP that is now for sale, does not formally form part of the Qatar Amiri Flight. However, the outer features reveal its use by the Cataran king's kin.
