The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens Shop is on Washington Avenue 990, adjoining the Visitor Centre. We also have an On-line-Shop. The New York Journal writes: "The shop has an incredible variety of plants...and offers one of the most comprehensive choices of seeds and onions in the city." Our shop offers a wide range of gardening equipment and accessories, as well as presents for kids and grown-ups, a wide choice of houseplants and seasonally grown outside flowers, flowerbulbs and seeds.

All over the shop you will also find handicraft presents, jewellery and household goods from all over the you. Exclusively for the garden shop are signed articles with the unmistakable garden emblem and articles with the Florilegium Society work of art from the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, complete with print and pencil. Join in the celebration of the garden's 40-year existence by traveling back in time with Atlanta's Urban Oasis: the Atlanta Botanical Garden. This 200-page hardcover retraces the garden's story, programmes and exhibits with heartwarming interviewees and breathtakingly stunning pictures from four celebrated years. Once you have tasted the Imaginary Worlds, visit the gift shop before you set off to discover the lovely and varied exhibits of all your favourite creatures and beasts.

Whether it's fine artwork, craftwork, or a project that makes your fantasy blossom, there is something you or a beloved person will appreciate.

Garden shop

Visit the refurbished garden shop to see a new selection of luxurious items, among them a superb jug. Buy Laura Tanner's classic, handcrafted jewellery line, which will be presented from 21 to 23 September. Meeting the artists on 21 September from 12 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit the impressionist works of local painter Rozanne Priebe, on display in the garden shop from 6 to 31 October.

Join the artists on October 26th and 27th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Help us save our planet by buying an individually recyclable eco-bag. Any income helps to sustain the garden's missions. Bulbs, Buttercup, Iris and more, now available in the garden shop. More than 90 prescriptions and recommendations are included in the cookbook.
