Failures of computers cause delay on almost 100 flights with Alaska Airlines.

On Saturday, some West Coast airfields recorded up to three hour delay. Alaska Airlines spokesman Bobbie Egan says I.T. engineers solved the dilemma around 3:30 p.m. and forwarded the incident to a Portland based routing company. The airline was specified by Egan with the computer system in charge of preparing airline documents and making client bookings.

Failures affected Seattle, San Francisco and Anchorage airfields. Flights were not canceled, but it was recommended that travellers verify the state of their flights before going to the terminal. According to Egan, the bug started around 13:00 Saturday, which led to I.T. engineers being assigned to solve the bug.
