You sent me back a FedEx floor sign, but you didn't sent anyone to get it. I' m never ordering from Jet again, it's just not going to be much use. Contact support and they arrange to collect the mirrors for a full refund as they should, but it's a fortnight later and I'm still without the ordered items.
I should have just ordered from Amazon who does things right when they make a mistake. Mm. I have also purchased groceries and feline foods that expire in a months time. When I first began buying from them, I was a big jet enthusiast and I loved the comfort of home deliveries.
When I was measuring Jet, the representative said that if I don't see any codes, she doesn't see the codes either, so there can't be any codes. I' ve used Jet a few time and was quite happy with most aspect of the services. The last of my orders seeped in, but the last thing I needed was juicers for my children, who took about a whole week before their arrival.
Talked to my support team and to make insults to my injuries I was asked for a $5 rebate on a $149 order. I' ve been in touch with Jet about the level of services and the contentment warranty. It' s a nuisance to get crates/food products at coincidental hours and on weekdays for those who are not at home around the clock.
Strongly cutting down pulse purchases, and, on a few items, paying less for them (KAL Stevia in 4-ounce. Bottle is almost half of what I am buying up here in the organic grocery store). So I sent them an e-mail for this purpose and they said that they were working on new parcel delivery alternatives, to include the use of freezers that would keep subscribers on their belongings for depositing goods when no one is home.
I' ve re-ordered, but only for non-perishable goods. However, Jet uses old, thin cartons for shipping, and unfortunately some of them don't hold up, especially with a serious order (last example: two 22-pound sacks of dogs' food). My latest wrinkled pouch was filled with two large pouches of dogs' feed and four pouches of detergent.
She had old labels from a textiles firm, "made in Turkey", so this was too much running for her to re-use to package and dispatch 44 lbs of animal feed along with four flasks of fluid cleansing spray. I shredded the product of the process and distributed it all over the boxes (this was done when I last ordered detergents from them - I got a full boxes that I didn't want to accept).
Pouches of dogs' feed were fully protected with high-grade cleaning agent. Well, I phoned Jet about a long after sales support. To cut a long long story short I am in charge of the print out of returns tags, the returning of these articles and the subsequent call for reshipment - but only after fedEx has taken this back.
That'?s all I need to maintain my much-needed groceries. To say nothing of the fact that once these pouches of groceries return, they will clean them and pass them on to someone else? That'?s horrible - and incredibly silly - our client services. For the first with Jet this past weekend, I have ordered a complete shopping cart.

It' s called the first of many epistles that have been published, and I sincerely hopes that it offers the readers a better view of what should be, real and rewarding shopping adventures on-line. The Jet.com services I experienced were thoroughly silly, unnoticed, and a total wasted of my work.
The Jet was given an occasion to make corrections, and all I got were more ludicrous political and procedural reasons that had no effect on the buy. Jet to make a complaint and I was informed that they would not return my funds because I had already made a complaint about articles in the past and ordered at my own expense.
Last year I bought a Proctor Silex microwave from Jet.com. Our support agent was very impolite. Then he went on to tell me that they had no microwave ovens like mine in store, but I could buy another one for $65. Remember, if you buy something from them that is warranted and needs to be repaired, they will not honour the guarantee!

Buying a barrel of stuff from Amazon, I found a certain item from which I tried to get an older formula (because the newer formula doesn't work so well). Talking to a very nice account manager, she told me if I ordered 6 vials of the formula, if the formula was newer, they would be fully credited to me and I wouldn't even have to give them back.
It told me to order it, and if it was the older wording, I could get a full reimbursement without having to give the item back. At the time I got the articles, they were the new wording. I was glad, however, that I could simply discard the articles without having to repack them and send them back.
Calling to verify this, I was discourteously advised that they had no support representative record on the telephone and that I would have to give everything back by returning it and locating a fedEx kit to pay it in. I' ll stay with Amazon in the years to come.
I was thrilled to say the least when I found out that Jet was selling brand new and icy products, and I didn't have to sit around and let anyone buy for me. Several orders of fresh/frozen and other articles from them were placed and I was very pleased with both the services and the CS department.
I suddenly get an e-mail with the message that fresh/frozen shipments for my postcode were no longer available, they are working on the packing problems. Last weekend I approached Jet and asked when it would start again and received the default response "not sure". And I said it was over a year ago and actually they said I was a liar! What a thing!
After I learned this, it made it very clear to me why CS was so REDGE where they have always been very friendly, Walmart CS has never been friendly and that is one of the reasons why I have ceased to buy from them on-line, so now I add Jet to the listing of not buying from me.
Each year I buy a lot of things from Amazon and from now on they are my FIRST "go to" from merchants on the web. So when I phoned to ask, they said if I buy more, they could give me more money. Our support representative was impolite and unhelpful and then sent an e-mail and a map in the hope that my previous experiences would be good.
After cancelling my order at Jet, I phoned Amazon to place an order and tell them the history, and they reduced my order to what Jet should have done. Amazing Amazon support. I' m not buying from you anymore. Jet, you lose a client for a lifetime for a few bucks. Amazon, a good outlay!
A few bucks and you have my allegiance and my store, and I've ordered over a thousand bucks worth of product from you. The Jet has the best selection of the latest product and a wide range of wholesalers. buy two couples of Nike, both didn't work, and I gave them back. I was talking about, the service I was talking about didn't really work.
The Jet took me by surprise - I took a shot at it 2 years ago and with Jet I found better rates and quicker services than others like Wayfair and Overstock to name a few. Excellent client support too! I' ve been building confidence in their services over the years.

I' m still getting this shit in 1-2 business day and they got the BEST support. They are the representatives of Jet and they seriously want you to be a satisfied client. Amazons must have gotten "too big for their pants." However, one tip: ALWAYS verify your E.T.A. shipment before you press the last link to place an order now!
A few articles still come from third-party suppliers and it can take several weeks or even month before they reach you, and that's not clear BIS you click the Cashier icon and display the shipping time on the last screens. Interested in buying some plastics for my backyard. l refused to use Amazon.

When Jet wants to rival Amazon, they should learn a few lesson about how Amazon helps consumers who get the wrong articles or have other problems. After contacting our support team, I was informed that they were performing a pre-authorization block and then each supplier would invoice you individually and your block would not be approved until the supplier's fee was finalized. Thus, in essence for now, Jet.com has an impact on twice your cash to buy their product and then you have to be waiting for your cash.
I found Jet.com after hating Amazon and its terrible support team. When I placed my first order, I contacted Jet support. Jet. com and its range of delicious groceries! Refrigerator products are always packaged with many re-usable icepacks. Our deep-freeze, packaged with dried rice.

I got a cheerful e-mail from support saying she's so sorry and something that caused me to do something bad. For the second consecutive e-mail I had to explain that the articles were not just in my shopping basket, I checked out and was informed that this was "not quite impossible".
Horrible wait-and-see attitude. Six month ago I purchased a relatively pricey bicycle from a third person via Jet.com, just over $1700. Immediately I approached the vendor with images and he apologised and said I should return it for a full refund or replacement. Once again it was in their hands ~ 1 weeks later, and the next morning, after the salesman received the bicycle, I received the most accidental e-mail ever from Jet.com, thanking them for collaborating with their "investigation", in which they had refused to refuse a reimbursement or replacement of the bicycle on the salesman's side, as I had "destroyed" the first "non-repairable or resaleable" bicycle.
In the e-mail as proof of the complete devastation was a photo of a fringed handle, some scrapes on a saddle support and a screenshots of the salesman who called me a scam and called Jet.com. com helped them. In addition, Jet.com support said that it had caused the vendor to "destroy or discard " the first bicycle within the next two business days unless I immediately sent him a stamped mailing tag.
Buy 3 of the best water hose reel 300 FT with 5 stars. Began to rust in the first few weeks. Totally rusty and discarded, and they say they have a 30-day returns policy. What's that? You should be embarrassed to sell such poor wares.
Never buy from them again. Return to Amazon! "Recently I ordered two articles from you, and there were some problems. 1 ) The expected date of receipt for both articles was one free weeks, but in a good way. Both of them came unannounced today instead of a whole week from today.
