Can you get a Receipt from a Taxi
Could you get a receipt from a cab?Taxi driver issue receipt?
O.P. I never use a taxi, but go on a bus journey where I get a large number of cabs and need vouchers to make the trips eligible for taxation. What is the good/bad quality of taxi driver's presentation of valid receipt? Imagine me asking myself, saying, "No receipt."

Use your credit cards to make payment and a receipt will be sent to you. Imagine me asking myself, saying, "No receipt." He' ll be showing you a receipt shortly. It' s a ploy to make sure you know all the travel detail (to/from, date and time) so that when you come to claim your spending, you know exactly what it was meant for.
I' m not sure with other companies, but my firm wouldn't be paying for an undocumented taxi issue. Ausiebbt is writing..... That' right, but you get 10% more if you don't use Cabcharge. It doesn't bother me since I'm sending it back to the firm anyway. I am amazed that you will not be refunded by your firm or receive a business pass, provided you are an associate. Anyway, I always got a receipt when I asked. Pay the 10% to deposit your ticket if you are really anxious to have a legal receipt.
They' ll give you a receipt. Who' ever hear of fake/invalid receipt for anything? They' ll probably ask you how much you want to see on the receipt! When you use your own credential before your business refunds it, I suggest you pay in real money and ask for a receipt to avoid your credential getting fraudulent or being doubly debited when using EFTPOS.
When they see it's a company ticket, they usually do. Used cabs for work on countless occasions; they always gave a receipt when they were asked. While some might use their taxi charger to express it (even with cash), others have calling-cards that act as a receipt and they simply fill out the $$ on the back.
It' s simpler for me to get a receipt for a quick money order than to find a working EFT machine. According to the Act, they are obliged to give you a receipt upon request. In Melbourne, the cabs I use simply issue an aq receipt from the taxi stand, just make sure the driver is ABN on it.
Victoria's government has proposed that Myki tickets could oneeday be used in cabs to break the Cabcharge monopoly. My guess is that this journey is in Australia and not abroad, because that could make things different. Receipt within Australia should be simple. A taxi driver (cash or for a fee) should be able to send a receipt from the ATM.
When it is "broken", you can either fill out a form with a copy of your calling cards or simply give you an empty one..... I just got turned down a receipt from a silver service booth in Sydney. I just got turned down a receipt from a silver service booth in Sydney. AFAIK they break the act to deny to provide a receipt on demand.
