Though I was a frequent client and liked her services, I had trouble getting a taxi lately. I' m working for NST, what Svetic said in his review is a plain lying if we get to an airfield too late, we ALWAYS give the trip a free NO EXCEPTION!

Svtic65 is a rival in the taxi industry, I think. The next morning I phoned to make sure they were on schedule as I was going to the terminal and they acknowledged it. Their website also says that if they're too tardy, they'll offer you a free trip.

But when I didn't see my taxi at home in good time I gave it another 10 minutes and called: The man said to me that the road was really slow and he was 15 minutes too late and when I tried to tell him that I was going to be too late for my airplane he unfortunately took your ride and left.

I' m sorry I'm going to be waiting a little longer and when I didn't see him 15 minutes later I called again. Dude was impolite and said I should find out for myself, so much for servicing. Excellent customer care! After years of taking various firms I found this firm to have the most clean vehicles, most polite personnel and they bill me 5-10$ less to get to the airport!

They are often used and I would pass them on to anyone looking for excellent services.
