Pilots certificate: The renter must be in possession of a recent and up-to-date pilot's license with the appropriate authorization(s) stipulated by the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations for the relevant aircraft, or if a trainee pilots an up-to-date doctor's note with the appropriate qualifications of the instructors.
The hirer shall carry out in person a pre-flight check of the aeroplane as required by the aeroplane builder, which shall include a check of the fuels from all tanks. The hirer must make sure that there is enough petrol and petrol in the plane for the planned journey, as well as a 45-minute spare. The hirer has to use the check list provided by the producer or the check list provided by AMFC for the commissioning, before take-off, cruising, landings, after landings, before standstill and safety of the airplane.
Tenant must obtain a meteorological report before departure on an International Ferry (IFR) or VFR outside the immediate area of Pearson Field. For a VFR-Trip, the Hirer must make sure that the actual and projected meteorological conditions along the Trip are above the VFR minima. When on an IFRS journey, the Lessee must adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations in force and provide a suitable alternative departure point if any.
Tenants may not fly an aeroplane into an area of known or predicted ice unless the aeroplane is suitably fitted out and licensed to fly under known ice formation circumstances. An aeroplane may not be flown by a competitor if the gust of air is more than half the stall of the aeroplane. Unless in an emergency, pilots shall not take off or land whenever the side winds are more than one-fifth of the stall of the aeroplane.
Launch and recovery area: Unauthorised take-off or landings in any area other than the take-off and landing areas of an aerodrome conceived, built, serviced and used as an aerodrome with PAVED tracks of at least 3,000 ft are prohibited. The hirer may not fly an aeroplane after having used inebriating liquids, sedatives or sleeping pills within 12 consecutive flights.
The hirer may not fly an airplane if he suffers from an ailment. The tenant is obliged to observe the federal aviation regulations on the use of air conditioning. It is the pilot's responsibility to keep the airplane door shut at all time during the journey. Unless required for the flying application (e.g. photography), passengers must keep the window shut.
Pupils transnational: The instructor may request that pupils inform the FBO on arriving at their final destinations and before departure with a returning airfare. In the event that the student's withdrawal period is late, he/she must call Aero Maintain to report the delay. Unless required for take-off and landings, the hirer shall not run the aeroplane above sea level unless the aeroplane is always at a sliding margin from the bank.
Timetables: Tenants and student pilots must always submit and open an FAA timetable for a long-haul trip. Aerobatics: The lessee may not operate the aeroplane in aerobatics. The Hirer may not operate the airplane in conjunction with the hunt, the keeping of birds or poultry or other related work.
Unless required for take-off and landing, the hirer shall not attempt to maintain the aeroplane below an elevation of 500 ft or below the FAA safety heights. The tenant agrees: Operating and handling the airplane conservatively and carefully at all time. Avoid flying the aeroplane in a way that would require a FAA specific approval or exemption.
Fail to operate the aeroplane if it violates its certification or the aeroplane's operational restrictions. This airplane can be taken on night journeys with previous approval. The Student Pilots tenants shall be fully refunded the amount of the bill payable outside the location. Individual pilots, professional pilots and ATP tenants who require off-site refueling will be refunded what ACF will pay for the refueling, with the tenant making the balance.
Every pupil pilot's solos must always be performed with floor to floor contacts. The visibility must be 10 mile or better for the whole area where the student's solopilot is located. Required blankets shall be better than those specified by the trainer in the whole area where solos are to be performed.
Students may not attempt to land a side wing if the side wing element is more than 75% of the maximum value of the airplane caused by either prolonged or gusty gusts of air. Touching and letting go are not allowed by any learner who flies alone. For each individual trip an instruction must be available by wireless.
There are no single trips without trainer support. Alone planes must start with more than half as many petrol tank. Every country in the world must have a full tank of gas before they depart Pearson.
