June 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Charter Communications, Inc. CHTR (together with its affiliates, "Charter") today announces that its affiliates, Charter Communications Operating, LLC ("CCO") and Charter Communications Operating Capital Corp. have a total nominal value of $1.5 billion of bonds comprising the following transferable securities together the "Bonds" at a price of $1.1 billion of total nominal value of Senior Collateralized Bonds due 2024 (the "Fixed Income Bonds").

Fixed-interest bonds carry an interest of 4.500% p.a. and are granted at a coupon of 99.893% of the total nominal amount. 400 million US dollars Total principal amount of 2024 notes subject to senior collateralization (the "Floating rate notes"). Variable interest bonds carry an interest of three months LIBOR, are subject to redemption on a quarterly base date, plus 165 base points and are denominated at 100.

Charter will use the net proceeds arising from the disposal of the Notes for general business purpose, comprising the financing of possible repurchases of Class A ordinary shares or Class A ordinary shares of Charter Holdings. Charters anticipates that the offer of the bonds will be completed on July 3, 2018, pending the usual terms and condition.
