Information on incoming payments

Suppliers requesting payments from HED must go through a two-step procedure. The seller must provide the responsible HED representative with a Proforma statement (unofficial double invoice) together with all necessary documents, e.g: As soon as you have your receipt number from HED that confirms that the product(s) and/or service(s) provided were satisfactory, you must send an officially issued bill together with the receipt number to the City Comptroller's Office.
