Before you receive a confirmation e-mail to verify that your registration has been created, you will be asked for a keyword listing (must be a unique keyword and not a number) and associated adresses.

Once you have already subscribed, just type in your e-mail and phone number. We will ask you to check your balance with the original e-mail we sent you when you enabled your balance. Once you have stored your information (either as a new or current user), we will e-mail you to certify that your new keyswords and associated mailing lists have been added to our system and are operational.

When you have set up your text message service and you have recieved a verification e-mail - text "citycabs" at 64446 followed by your key word to your adress to order a cab. Once you have registered, you will receive a one-of-a-kind 4-digit PDF key by e-mail. Both your e-mail and cell phone numbers are linked to your profile, so you'll need to re-enter them exactly as before to find your keys.

When your cell phone number changes, type in your old number and refresh your data accordingly. When updating your information online, please be aware that the new keywords/addresses are not immediately available. Please await our e-mail confirming that the new information has been added to our system.
