Town-city taxis are a terrible place to work as a client adviser. Guess the clients aren't helping either as some are extreme impolite, but can you accuse them when we are said to be waiting 5 minutes if there are obviously no taxis available for 30 minutes to show good client services!

So why not meet customers' needs? Specific CCA females are impolite to employees and clients. Those lessons can be ludicrous on bad brakes. Good things now... there are a few kind employees who have been here for a few years who will help you if you are with an unpleasant client and the operator and overnight manager are all nice and useful.

Wages, hourly rates, impolite and curious personnel. Acquired business processes and phone knowledge of clients. The most difficult part is when the telephones are really occupied and no taxis are available for the clients. Report with driver reports and tales about their clients. Well, where do we start? They don't bother if you don't make anything and will do everything they can to extracting every penny they can get from you! Great managment, great place to work with a great chef.

The work here was bright, the ambience was always vibrant and there was always someone there to help you when you got caught with a tough one. Managers are sympathetic and very accessible, as are call centre people.
