Tickets fly hacked: Cyber Incident" ticketing service switched offline

Ticketfly, the indie-focused ticket services acquired by Eventbrite last year, has become a casualty of what he calls a "cyber event" and has closed down for the time being. "After a number of problems with Ticketfly features, we discovered that Ticketfly.com was the destination of a web incident," said a Ticketfly spokesman.

"As a precaution, we have taken all Ticketfly suites off-line for the time being as we go on dealing with the subject. Eventbrite.com's features have appeared intact since Thursday mornings and a corporate whisper explained that "the problems affecting our Ticketfly range do not affect our event or ticketing on the Eventbrite site in any way".
