Europe´s, an innovator in taxi ehailing, today announces that it has purchased a 100% stake in Clever Tech, the owner of the Clever Taxi taxi reservation application in Romania. As a result of this takeover, mystaxi is consolidating its footprint in the global mobile communications sector and reinforcing its role as Europe´s, the world' s foremost taxi e-hailing group.

Created in 2010 by Mihai Rotaru and Alexandru Dumitru, Clever Taxi is active in twenty large towns across the nation and has 17,000 taxi driver registrations and approximately 600,000 customer registrations. Clever Taxi has made more than 40 million trips in Romania since 2010, making it the biggest e-hailing application in Romania.

The Clever Taxi franchise will remain in place for the moment, meaning that Clever taxi operators and clients can still use the services as usual. Thanks to this strategical takeover, mystaxi is pushing ahead with the development of the taxi reservation application in Europe. started in 2009 and was the first world´s application to provide a link between taxi and taxi-driver.
