Humans are alone on the Delta flight.

And it did -- kind of -- on Monday for a man who took on board a long delay Delta Airlines flight from Cleveland to New York to find that all his travel companions had been rescheduled on other flights. What was more, he had to take a flight from Cleveland to New York on Monday. He had a flight hostess take a picture of himself with a row of empty chairs in the back.

"They' ve all changed reservations except me for another flight to the LGA, so I' m quite literally being the only one on that plane," he wrote. It was a scarce condition due to poor air conditions, which led to several flight delay in the northeast. O'Leary's flight 6259, which normally accommodates 76 persons, was postponed by six Stunden, and somehow he failed to be re-booked.

Often an air carrier cancels an almost empty flight. Turns out O'Leary wasn't the only one on the flight. "This was definitely the most remarkable flight I've been on lately, if only because of the shortage of passengers," he said to ABC News.
