It is the responsibility of all staff, pensioners and early bookers to understand the calculation of travellers' taxes and to provide information and practice to all those using their air rights.

It is also the responsibility of staff, pensioners and early bookers to ensure that their passport drivers fully comprehend and adhere to all United policy, instructions and instructions, as well as other air passport policy and this policy. It is expected of our staff, early starters and pensioners that they deal professionally with our after sales staff, cabin crew, pilot and other people.

Passport driver is anyone who uses passport benefits, such as, but not restricted to, the staff member, the early bird or pensioner and his or her spouse/household partner, registered boyfriend, registered parent, child and sponsor (if applicable). Drivers are expected to show due regard to staff and all other travellers in all interactions, whether in private, over the telephone, via e-mail or outside communication, whether socially or otherwise.

No ticket or discounted ticket is intended for recreational use only and may not be resold, exchanged or used for either private or commercial use. Recreational trips are audited. For those who regularly visit, it is recommended to keep records showing that the trip is for recreational use only. Everyone will be responsible for any abuse of trip benefits and for violations of trip policies by themselves, passport drivers and friends.

Passport drivers may not make a certified reservations or a favourable room or seat reservations on the same route for the same journey. Passport drivers are not entitled to stay with another carrier in the case of a delayed or cancelled departure or to cover the costs of hotels and catering that may be provided to them.

United' s Travelling Policy is a charter and not a right to employ or a non-forfeitable right of any kind. Companies may, in their absolute judgment, take steps to include: suspending and waiving travelling preferences for conduct/actions that are considered harmful to United and/or any of its affiliates, associates and successors, or any of our officers.

All or part of the conditions of the Directive may be amended or terminated by the undertaking at any moment and without giving reasons.
