Following an hour of research and experimentation with different file and value combination tests. Approved with 1.0.7.0 and ultimative Autopaket 11, works absolutely flawless and now I never see more cabs than necessary.

Did any of you boys download the infamous taxi bugmod for GTA 4 (a module that fixed all the problems with cabs and replaced them with normal automobiles and more traffic)? I' ve added some new automobiles (about four cars) and that worked very well without any mistakes. However, the less common thing about this is that if you find one of these extra vehicles and ride one of them for about a moment, you will later find that there are only cabs on the streets and no ordinary civilian vehicles or coaches.

So, I found something on Youtube and Google (which was even known for solving taxibugs in the game) that would make the taxibugmod increase and fix the bug. After downloading and installing it, I restarted the first time.

5 min in the match was good and the flow was better and when I was driving one of my extra vehicles the cabs didn't show up in hordes. Only a few moments later, the match began to hack and seconds later it fully halted and then turned off. Tried to keep playing again and again, again and again, but that was only a few moments before it turned off and an errormessage appeared.
