H.T. Hackney Co. During his term, the company expanded further and acquired two affiliates, the Holland House and Natural Springs Waters, both manufacturers of domestic furnishings and bottling water.[6] In 2003, the company acquired two affiliates for the sale of convenient stores - L&L Jiroch Company and J. F.

In 2005, H. T. Hackney shut down its Knoxville store and relocated its Knoxville sales activities to a new 300,000-square-meter plant along Interstate 40 in neighboring Roane County[13], although the company still has its headquarters in the Fidelity Building downtown Knoxville.
