What is the time period before I receive my PCO license?

Last year, I requested a PCO license a whole week ago, and a fortnight ago I got a note from the mapping evaluation staff saying I shouldn't call them because they were contacting me. Think I' ve been waiting a long while and haven't even had the geography test yet.
