Communists have never seen a great need for local transport (apart from the railways, of course), and today this sector is therefore characterised by a large number of privately owned businesses. Minibus - This is the most commonly used word (along with "microbus" occasionally) for a multi-named car in English that always refers to a "smaller" car that can carry 8-15 people.

However the name of the car may be, it is a private car (so) that follows a regular service between two (or more) towns. A few mini-buzz itineraries concentrate exclusively on journeys between two major towns (e.g. Cluj and Brasov), while others specialise in commuting between a major town and smaller country areas.
