The TORONTO TOWNCAR Drivers you have been allocated are awaiting you at the car park and will send you an SMS to your cellular telephone number ( if available ) with its name, make/model and license plate number. After landing at Toronto Airport, please turn on your cellular device and review your text messaging.

Go to the outer deck on the arrivals level up to "Door A" (in front of the limousine reception area). Call/text your allocated chauffeur once directly at "Door A" and your car will arrive within 2-4min. If you have trouble locating your rider, please call 1-888-905-4667 or 416-619-0050.

Your dedicated driver/office will supervise your trip. You will be met by your designated "TORONTO TOWNCAR" chauffeur in the car park. On the arrivals level, please go to the outer platforms to "Door A" (Pre-Arranged Limousine Pick-Up Area). This "Door A" is directly opposite the arrivals in Terminal 1.

Please inspect "JUST INSIDE DOOR A" with the officer of the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) and notify him that you have reserved a car with "TORONTO TOWNCAR" and your car will be arriving within 2-4 mins. A nameplate with your name on it will be shown in the car. If you have trouble locating your rider, please call 1-888-905-4667 or 416-619-0050.
