lf l could give Spectrum a zero, l'd do it. Communications with this enterprise is honest at a historic low. I' m going to ask everyone I know not to work with Spectrum, but with Google Fiber! It'?s a dependable web... and the bill every month. There was a good service for TV, telephone and web cabling.
Had to quit the telephone service now because Spectrum was not able to make global telephone conversations after a weeks of several complaints. Television service spots - PBS often freeze canal. Poorest wire and wire and Internet service. I have never before had any other previous experiences in wire service dating back to the middle of the 80s.
5G is always falling out of nowhere. Finally, to add offense to the violation, the monetary informing was dramatically antithetic than what was declared on the electronic equipment at the point sigh. Keep away from the Spectrum or Times Warner cable. Total squandering of your precious and valuable resources. Poorest service ever. It is a terrible business with no service, no plans for the years to come and no directions.
I' m running out of power all the while and Spectrum is the only high-speed solution in my neighbourhood. My neighbours all concur with my rating because their web is offline all the while. Regardless of how often you call or how many executives choose to fix the problem, it will never be solved for more than a fortnight or two.
In my view, not all complains exceed the costs required to provide my sub-department with replacements and/or upgrade options for a good service. Leaved Time Warner a few years ago because the experiance was so poor. I' m trying Spectrum so I can get out of cap files.
I' ve had this service for a weeks, had several talks with agents that end with the reboot of the modem, or it may be the one it sells in your locale offices. Well, after several reboots, a new modems and they try to charge me a months service after a weeks service at different rates between 3mbps and 10mbps; we're said to be on the 100mbps schedule and can't even get anywhere near a fourth of it.
When the technician does not fix the problem and they don't customize the bill, then I'm done with them and will find another provider, at least broadband operators can provide the service you are paying for. Thought Time Warner was evil and it couldn't get any worst, I was mistaken, it's even worst since the fusion!
spectrum, du majorly sweet and if you didn't have a single license, I'd go somewhere else at twice the cost just to make sure you never got a hard-earned dime from me again. Four summons time period ago I telephone to termination the old aid in California and install the new aid in my new residence in North Carolina.
As the service cannot be shared between the two countries, I was assigned to a member of the distribution staff who was very enjoyable and thorough in establishing my new service and planning the install. However, the date came when the new service was to be deployed and no one came.
There is no entry about the date or the new service inquiry. Once he has been moved to another member of staff and has gone through everything again, the new service can only be deployed after 10 workdays. WEORST Internets, slower speeds and increasing rates! I talked to several members of the organisation for over 2hrs.
In my opinion it is not acceptable that a very dissatisfied and faithful customer that my tariffs are constantly changing and raising. I am trying to be persuaded into downgrading my service to keep the same interest amount we currently have and be told that I will get a good deal if in fact I lose out on additional sevices and properties.
And it has altered my attitude, my mind, and above all my confidence in the spectrum organisation as a whole. Every single times I have phoned, which has not been the case so often in the last 5 years, my familiy has had a monetary predicament, not a single member of the spectrum is able to help or help.
The only thing I get is an agent who just offers me to lower my service to either keep the same amount or improve my service by charging more. My actual service and the amount I paid before the demotion was far too economical and unaffordable.
was very unhappy with the move from Time Warner to Spectrum. It seems Time Warner cares more about their clients and Spectrum is all about an upgrade that pays more, greedily; and above all, the ignorance of many agents to have everything on one page has led my familiy to look elsewhere for our bundling service.
Burgeoning over the past year, my bill has risen dramatically, but I've done what I can to stick with Spectrum. You saw that I have a faster web, but our computer always starts slowly and freeze. There is no other option, I think, to look elsewhere for a service that my familiy can affordable.
My intention was to show my frustration and my general dissatisfaction and frustration with Spectrum without providing nothing to a faithful and long-term client; no affordability without downgrade, more to lose and/or change our state. As we have stated, we are not honored by providing specific offers, rebates, perks or free video channeling and only receive or pay for alternate motifs and a pile of selling talk.
Me and my folks are definitely planing to leave in a few month. Sadly, due to all the many trials I have made at Spectrum and talking to people who have no welfare in the globe has led to my rage and my disappointment in this enterprise. The Spectrum in my familiy broke down; and also to keep our enterprise as a lifelong customer, although we received a call from a superior, which resulted in nothing being done in the end because the employees' hand was bound.
Disgrace in your spectrum. Quit spending more on your giveaways and celebrity support and put more weight and value on your long-standing, well positioned clients; and most importantly, put more on customer care and retention. Specttrum accidentally turned off my web, even though it was prepaid a million months in advance. What?
Admitting it was their mistake, they did, but to restore my service, they demanded a $69 fee because their false separation disabled my "bundle". Had there been competitors, customer service would have improved, otherwise they would have been out of the business! Spektrum has the poorest customer service ever, their accounting system is so poor, they charge for things you haven't used, it looks like it was programmed by a 5 year old child or guy who wanted to make a lot of additional cash.
The Spectrum sent two technicians to my home. When I came home and found out that my cord and my computer were still not working, I phoned back and was informed that it was being repaired. Unforgivable service levels. Meet your clients. Receive true customer information and answer your ratings.
