Order Sta round the World TicketIt is a world ticket that flies with Qantas Airways and departures from the UK at any time between 16 April and 15 June 2007. This ticket allows six stops and is 12 month long. Ticket is open to all age groups, depending on availabilities and excluding taxes, which vary between 190 and 350 depending on the itinerary.
Sole responsibility for all accommodations during the journey, tax, insurance, transfer (in excess of the six stops contained in the Round the World ticket), pocket cash and other expenditures (including food and other incidental expenses) lies with the winning participant. ENGM is not liable for cancellations, delay or alteration of any flight or other part of the Award, or for the Laureate's failure to claim any part of the Award due to flight issues, travelling or other factors beyond its reasonable reasonable reasonable control. ENGM is not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with any flight, journey or other event.
It is not open to Guardian News & Media Limited or STA Travel staff, their agents or any other person associated with the preparation or management of the promotional materials. Prices are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for money or other awards. If the price originally quoted is not available due to factors beyond GNM's reasonable control, GNM reserves the right to replace the price with another price of similar value.
Winners must receive the award within seven working day of being notified. If GNM does not take part, it will again choose a new winning player (the same time limit applies to the new winner). ENGM shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, injuries or disappointments incurred by any Participant as a consequence of participating in the Competition or receiving the Award, or any violation of or corruption of the Participant's or any other person's computer or cell phone in relation to participating in or downloads of any material related to the Competition.
There is nothing to preclude the responsibility of GNM for loss of life or bodily harm resulting from carelessness.
