There is a fixed price or an additional charge for picking up from the airport. Is it possible to leave the airport and prevent this surcharge? And if so, an inspiration on how and where to go? It' s a very long way. It' s a very long way. Is it possible to leave the airport and prevent this surcharge?
You' re gonna have to go pretty far or call a cab/taxi on the bullpen. Airport will charge these taxes for the possibility of going to the airport to pick up passenger. And the airport had to pay to set up the necessary facilities. You can take the trains to get some lower fares.

YYZ (and perhaps most Canadian airports), I can't believe, don't bend clients for these too, which, as you might reasonably see, pays for the infrastructures you're talking about.

Yeah, they keep charging these charges, which we all like to see disappear.
There are also many other aerodromes that levy these "airport enhancement fraud charges". I once took a meter to the airport... that didn't even cut any corners. The fare was higher than the normal lump sum, which I leaned back from the airport in a paid limousine. Crossing comes to the airport aho.
