Taxi costs from the Fairbanks Hôtel to the airfield

In September we will drive to an Alaska Princess Sapphire and want to know the costs for a taxi from the Fairbanks Fair Trade Hotels (Princess Choice) to the International Aiport. From now on you have invoiced us for a shuttle service from the hotels to the airports. Because we book our own flight, we want to take our own taxi and otherwise the princess has full command of our timetable when we travel with them.

Call the princess and tell her the money's off. I don't see Fairbanks in any big town. The taxi will be much smaller than the Princess Transfers from anywhere in the town.

Indeed, shipping transfer is almost always totally rip-off (just another name for insidious profits center). We are on a Princess cruises in the end of May and we have known for month (probably since January) that we would be at the Fairbanks Princess Lodge, so you should hear it every single die. This is the way Princess makes some additional $$. If they did not charge for these trips, we would be in their own timetable as to when they would change and would probably have to delay until they had enough movement before going to the airports.
