The WCCA website provides access to certain public records of the District Courts of Wisconsin. Access to the Wisconsin Circuit Court The WCCA website provides certain Wisconsin District Judicial Recordings for your use. This information is an accurate copy of the case information that has been input into the Litigation System by the employees of the judicial authorities in the districts where the case file is held. Most of the legal file abstracts reviewed here are all published under Wisconsin Open Records Law.

Indicate that you have reviewed the above and consent to the use of the WCCA website under the above conditions, and acknowledge the restrictions of the Litigation Administration Databank. In the event a claimant uses an assumed name or other variation of its name, incorporating a first name or surname, for each variation of the claimant's name there will be an item on the WCCA website. Companies or Web sites that offer to delete case information against pay are not affiliated with the WCCA or any district tribunal. The District Judges of Canton Evisconsin do not agree to payments to delete information about legal proceedings from the site. Payments to any other organisation will not result in the removal of any information about legal proceedings from the WCCA website.

Registered accountants for the district tribunals are the District Tribunal Registrar, the Estate Registry and the Youth Registrar in each district. Information on the WCCA website has been input by the district accountants. Online recordings on the Internet: Director of the Office of State Tribunals has adopted a Directive on Disclosure of Information to the General Information Society via the World Wide Web.

The WCCA information is available by subscribing via a WCCA serial port.
