Mr. Naresh Goyal

Mr. Goyal has many years of aerospace industry expertise and has received several domestic and foreign industry accolades. A graduate in business administration, she has graduated from the Owner President Management Programme (OPM), Harvard Business School, Harvard University, USA, and the Strategic Alliances and Business Ethics Programme, INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

In 2013, the Government of India presented Mrs. Rajshree Pathy with the renowned Padma Shree Awards in trade and commerce. Mr. Gaurang Shetty, an India citizen, is a Bachelor of Science with over 32 years aerospace background. In 1996 he came to the Company as General Manager - Marketing and was appointed Vice President - Marketing in 2004 and Vice President - Commerce in 2011, where he is in charge of all Inflight Services and Customer Services related business activity, both nationally and internationally, as well as Cargo.

Effective May 24, 2012, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company as Managing Director and Manager and on May 25, 2015, he was reappointed as Full-time Managing Partner. Now in his current position, he is in charge of managing the Company's business, which is supervised, controlled and directed by the Company's Board of Directors.

He joined the company from British Airways where he was employed as South Asia Sales Manager with responsibility for passengers sales, client services and freight. Mr. Vikram Mehta began his professional life in 1978 with the Indian Administrative Services (IAS). In 2012 he quit the oil and gas business as Chairman of the Shell Group of Companies in India.

Currently he is Executive Chairman of Think Tank Brookings India and Senior Fellow of the Bookings Institution. Mr. Harsh Mohan is the Chief-Group Support Services Officer of the Etihad Aviation Group. Previously, as Chief Executive Affairs, he was in charge of the Group's Chairman's Project Mangement Office (PMO), Business Transformation, Ethics, Business Strategic Initiatives, Business PMO and Venture Capital team.

Mr. Harsh Mohan came to Etihad Airways in April 2011 as Vice President Internal Audit and Risk Management and was appointed Senior Vice President Audit, Compliance and Risk Management in January 2013. Previously, he was in charge of Internal Audit, Compliance and Ethics, Risk Management and related advisory for Etihad Airways and its partners.

Mr. Wilson has broad aerospace expertise, including in-house auditing, finance budgeting and control, corporate transformations, sales, marketing, strategy costs control, and corporate riskmanagement. Prior to Etihad Airways from 2007 to 2011, he was General Auditor and Senior Director, Risk Managements and business transformations at Air Canada, where he headed the Air Canada Costa and Commercial Transform Programer, leading to significant earnings improvement for the Group.

Mr. Harsh Mohan is an auditor from India and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification in the USA. Mr. Kevin Knight came to Etihad in March 2011 as Group Chief Strategies & Plans Officer. Kevin is in charge of overall business strategies, Etihad Aviation Group operations, as well as overall business plan, business plan and business plan management.

Mr. Knight has more than 30 years of aviation manufacturing expertise, which includes corporate growth, strategy consulting and operation. Prior to Etihad, he worked for United Airlines for 17 years, the last five as Senior Vice President Manufacturing Engineering. Mr. Knight has a Bachelor of Science in Science in Corporate Administration from Westminster College, Utah, and an MBA from the University of Utah.

Mr. M. was a respected official with over 40 years working in various industries of the India business community and in international multilateral organizations.

Mr. Brian has had a number of executive roles in the federal government in Delhi and has been Secretary of State in Indian government departments such as Finance, Economy and Civil Aviation as well as a member of the Board of the Reserve Bank of India and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority.

At various times he was Executive Director of the International Fund for Agricultural Development and Deputy Governor for India at the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Mr Er war Chairman und Managing Director der Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited und Director der Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC).

Following his departure from the public sector, he was named Chairman of the Indian Competition Commission (CCI). Mr. W. has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Finance and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry with several papers. Dr. Nasim Zaidi is a long-time official and has considerable experiences in the aviation sector in various functions.

Mr. Bogner was State Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Director General of Civil Aviation, where he made an enormous contribution to ensuring safer, safer, more effective and sustained flight operation in the state. For four years, he served in the International Civil Aviation Organisation ("ICAO") as India's Permanent Representative to the Government Counsel of that Organisation.

It has also been active in the design of airports infrastructures, flight control, airspace planning and safety at German and international levels. Dr. Nasim Zaidi was Election Commissioner for India from 2012 to 2015 and Chief Election Commissioner for India from 2015 to 2017.
