I was sitting outside for 2 hrs and waited in the freezing temperatures, I phoned them 3 x and every 15 minutes they said they showed up but they never did. Saying that he had 20 telephone conversations and that I blew up his telephone this is utterly intolerable you don't handle a buyer like that.

This is the lousiest cab business I've ever used. I' m sorry I wasted my life on that cheap outfit. EVADE: DON'T AFFECT THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!!! Girls who pick up the telephone are crooks. The first thing that needs to be said about this firm is the females they have to answer the telephone are home hoods who specialize in unknowingness.

I will never use Reading Metro again, I was 45 minutes too late to work today when they never showed up for a planned timed call, I phoned back and was said every single case when my taxi was five minutes away. Having followed her oh so dependable application, my taxi hadn't even left its former position.

Reading Metro Taxi I recalled and shouted out again that I would be too late for work and began frankly to get a little confused because they were talking to you like a gag. My recommendation is to take a taxi, the boys and their staff are so kind and much more dependable and faster than Reading Metro.

I would much rather work with a firm that is sincere, civil and civil. I' m 6 month preg and I used this firm a lot until they lose their driver controls. I' ve been three times asked in a line that it would be 20-40 mins. I' m still outside two hours later, waitin', freezin' cold.

I' ll call you back 10 mins later, "Oh, five, six more minutes." "will take no longer than 10-15 min until a rider is sent to you" 30 min later nothing. They' ll charge you more than ticket price, they' ll charge you your price, at home, this firm will make you loose everything.

The taxi is the best thing I've ever experienced. and they always showed up.
