nauru Airlines - trustworthy Central Pacific airline

Coming to Nauru Airlines after working for many years in Australian and international air travel for organizations such as Qantas, Philippine Airlines and Aer Lingus in Ireland, I have been able to work for Nauru Airlines for many years. Looking forward to using my experience from these organizations to guide Nauru Airlines as we further grow our networks and our service offerings. It is our quest to link Nauru to the rest of the universe.

Currently we provide both passengers and freight transport between Nauru and Australia, Kiribati, Fiji, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia and the Solomon Islands. After all, our ultimate goal is to be the Pacific's premier carrier, providing every client with the Nauru hearts and cultures. Nauru's corporate identity is unbelievably welcoming and we have shaped every aspect of our client experiences to mirror it.

Not only do we share the Nauru's beautiful nature and singular cultural heritage with our travelers, but we also believe that it is our duty to support Nauru's evolution and prosperity. Since our organization is located in both Nauru and Australia, we see this as an excellent occasion to maintain a strong bond between Australia and the Pacific nation.

Previous airlines: Fifteen that no longer coexist.

Primera Air, the northern low-cost airline, which was run aground on both sides of the Atlantic with the suspension of services on 2 October, is another victim of the infamous shaky airline world. Privileged shutdowns are some more notable than others, such as Pan Am's downfall from mercy and the recent acquisition of Virgin America by Alaska Airlines, but each of these 15 airlines has succeeded in making an impact on the airline business and on their customers before they flew their last outings.

Established in 1937 as All American Aviation, the company was renamed Allegheny Airlines in 1953, USAir in 1979 when it was one of the biggest airlines in the globe, and US Airways in 1997. US Airways flown a broad national and multi-national hub base from Charlotte, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Washington D.C. National Airport, acquiring Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA), Piedmont Airlines and the failed Trump Shuttle.

" In 2013, US Airways fused with US Airlines to form the world's biggest airliner, with the last US Airways brand landing in April 2015. Continental's long story began in 1937 when "Varney Speed Lines" was renamed and realigned, from air mail to passenger transportation. It'?s a Continental Airlines aircraft. It has been in charge of many historical "firsts", such as the recruitment of the first afroamerican pilots for a large US based company (1963), the opening of the first scheduled jets linking the Pacific Ocean island (1968), the first 16 hour non-stop service (Newark to Hong Kong, 2001) and 24 hour on-line assistance (2009).

Continental, with headquarters in Houston and further hub airports in Cleveland, Newark and Guam, continued to fly until it fused with United Airlines in 2012. Established in 1984 and operating throughout the nation mainly from its Milwaukee and Kansas City hub, this carrier no longer existed at the end of 2010 when it joined forces with Frontier Airlines.

The Midwest distinguished itself from the competition from the 90s to the early 2000s by offering large, free lunches while other airlines reduced comforts. Meanwhile, the Midwest's renowned Midwest biscuits, which were cooked and serviced on board every plane, survived the Midwest mark and travelled until the carrier ceased providing cooking services in 2012.

Originally founded in 1973 as a charters carrier, ATA began operating regular services from the Midwest to Florida in 1986 and served holiday destinations that, despite a brief experimentation with intercontinental travel, were eventually to become the airline's speciality. In the aftermath of the 11 September 2001 repercussions, the carrier experienced a severe set-back in terms of costs until, on 2 April 2008, it filed for insolvency and ceased operating while the flight was still in the air.

Southwest Airlines shoveled the ATA mark, its gateway to LaGuardia Airport and its $7.5 million operational certification during the year. The glorious Trans World Airlines era is still a relic of New York's JFK Airport, the airline's trans-atlantic hubs, where travelers took off and landed at the "TWA Flight Center" terminals built by Eero Saarinen.

In 1946, the end of the Second World War and the acquisition of a superfluous aircraft resulted in the founding of Aloha Airlines, which flew between the US continent and Hawaii and to other Asia Minor destinations. It was Aloha's major rival to Hawaiian Airlines, but it was a price battle with the now non-existent Inselhopper carrier "go!" that forced Aloha to file for insolvency and close down in 2008.

Travellers to India may be acquainted with the Kingfisher brewery but the name (and mother corporation of the beer) also stepped into the air travel market, with Kingfisher Airlines launching Indian services in 2005. Continued high monetary loss pushed Kingfisher to the verge of hiring several time before the carrier was compelled to cease operation in 2012 when India suspended its licence and frozen its offshore tax non-payment account.

Eos Airlines, a short-lived airline that only operated from 2004 to 2008, was a business-class operator operating a 48-seater Boeing 757 between New York-JFK and London's Stansted Airport. He was a trendsetter and announced the flood of trans-atlantic airlines that were also founded in the mid-2000s, such as L'Avion, MAXJet and Silverjet.

Eos slumped into insolvency before it could cross its route to other US, EU and even US destination to extend flight capacity in US and even US classes. Although the Prime Standard may now be in the news because of its spectacular dreadful demise and the beaching of tens of thousands upon toe of passenger (and even its own crew) when it suspended service this past Monday without notice, the carrier has been in existence since 2003 and was a success charterer before concentrating on extremely low-cost regular services, particularly on Europe's vacationways.

In April 2018, Primera's attempts to provide long-haul and trans-atlantic services between the United States and Europe began to take off, literaly, only to last a few month before the collapse of the whole op on October 2, 2018. Not the only carrier to suddenly collapse and leave travellers far from home stranded, Primeera foundered on the one-year jubilee of the death of Monarch Airlines on 2 October 2017.

Established in 1967, the low-cost UK carrier took holidaymakers to tourist hot spots throughout Europe and Israel. Monarch's finances were in desperate need of funds, and although the carrier made some investments by Boeing in 2016, it closed down and beached about 110,000 passenger aircraft, which were later returned by other airlines to an £60 million ($78 million) facility.

Established in 1978 by Americans, Air Berlin began operating summer charters from West Berlin to Mediterranean resorts. Following unification, the carrier expanded quickly and Air Berlin became one of the biggest airlines in Europe. For several years, Air Berlin reduced its operation and in October 2017 completed its last scheduled service with continuing negative results.

The flight from the United States to Europe with a stopover in Iceland for little money is all too widespread today, but the idea that was already launched in the 1940s with Loftleiðir, also known as Icelandic Airlines, is the same. In the 1960' it prospered and received the epithet "Hippie Express" for its popularity with young college kids looking for low cost Atlantic travel.

Icelandair in 1973 fused with another company in Iceland, Flugfélag Íslands, and the outcome was the creation of Icelandair. Pan Am Experience brings the " passenger " back to the 70's era with a four course menu. Described as Pan American Airways, Pan Am is the history of a minute postal air company that jumped from Florida to Cuba and back in 1927 to become the biggest air company in the globe and an industry innovator until it went under in 1991.

From seaplanes to Boeing 747s, the carrier was a pioneer in air travel, opened its own luxury accommodation (from the InterContinental range ) and symbolised the glamour of the era of jets. In the mid-2000s, when the low-cost carrier took off in the United States literal and figurative, United felt the urge to try itself and founded Ted.

In 2004, the carrier began using economical Airbus A320s with a single hubs at Denver International Airport. The on-board amusement on Ted was restricted to "Tedevision" and "TedTunes" and the carrier was selling bear teddies on board. Ted's major rivals were Frontier Airlines and Delta's similar low-cost experimental song, and it took until 2009 for the company to switch back to United.

Renowned for its colourful cab lights, its idiosyncratic character and its determination to provide a classy choice in US air transport, Virgin America has enticed leaflets and received airlines' accolades throughout its entire ten-year history. Though Virgin Group CEO Richard Branson was only a minor shareholder, his tricks often made news in combination with cutting-edge promotional techniques, such as when Branson made the news at a Dallas race and browsed the crowds while the carrier used Change.org to get help for the right to operate flights from the city's Love Field.

When Alaska Airlines was able to buy the carrier, heart breaking all over the nation, the last Virgin America service took off on April 24, 2018.
