We have developed our airplane cash register processes to guarantee your security and make sure your rental property is a pleasant one. Every aerodrome and every plane is different, and our aim is to make sure that you are comfortable with both. Check-out times are usually one and a half hours, depending on your qualification levels, and we will customize your cash register to suit your use of our planes.

Term of this contract are as follows: Aeroplanes shall be used in accordance with all valid federal aviation regulations. It shall be used in accordance with the operational procedure and within the limits specified by the applicant in the operations manual/aircraft logbook. The lessee is liable for all early scheduled servicing (e.g. the replacement of tyres by "punctures") resulting from bad operability of theilot.

The hirer undertakes to surrender the aeroplane at the stipulated date of planned surrender. Should the meteorological situation make it impossible to get back on schedule, the pilots must call the company and report the delays. The hirer is responsible for placing the aeroplane in a hanger to avoid damages caused by rain, strong wind or other unfavourable circumstances when away from the aeroplane's home base. 3.

The hirer bears the expenses for returning the airplane to the home base of the airplane, if it must be parked due to bad conditions at another place. The hirer is liable for all hanger charges, dock charges, landing charges or other charges outside the aircraft's home airport. Accommodation rental is allowed, but with a daily rental price of at least 3 hrs unless otherwise agreed.
