It' s no wonder that well-known technology firms like Comcast, Facebook, Dish, Sprint and Charter Communications ended up on a shortlist of the most highly regarded American firms. 24/7 Wall St. published a 24/7 finance bulletin this weekend that identifies "12 organizations that are hateful to clients, staff and the public".
Its results are predicated on customer survey and employee evaluations. At the top of the rankings, Comcast praised a "significantly worse" scoring than the average for the web and subscriber TV service industries, according to 24/7 Wall St. In J.D. Power's evaluation of key wireless service providers, the company scored the lowest in terms of costs to consumers, power, billability and dependability.
