There may be delay in traffic: And we know how important it is to get to your plane on schedule, as we say... "Better safe than sorry." How can I see the chauffeur at Heathrow Airport? As far as possible we try to minimise additional costs, but if there is a delay of more than 30 minutes after the planned pick-up period, you will be charged a surcharge (see terms and conditions for more details).

To get from Heathrow International to London downtown (Trafalgar Square) by air, you need to leave the London International Airports and take the M4 highway (Terminals 1-3, Terminal 4 or 5, see below), which will later lead into A4 Street leading to London downtown.

It is approximately 17 mile from Heathrow International and London Downtown and can take approximately 40 minutes* (1 hr 15 min plus any delays). To get to Heathrow Terminal 4, leave the terminal and take the A30 to the A312 crossroad.

To get to Heathrow Terminal 5, leave the terminal and take the M25 (N) as far as the intersection with the M4, following the same itinerary as above. Use the same itinerary, but the other way round if you are leaving London Downtown and travel to Heathrow International Station. Remember that we recommend that you allow additional travel to or from Heathrow International Headquarters during peak hours as there may be a delay during the trip.

From Heathrow Airport to London (Paddington train station), take the Heathrow Express station (available from Terminal 1-3) to London Paddington station in approximately 20mins. In order to get to Heathrow Airport, the same itinerary applies, but vice versa.

In order to get to Heathrow International you have to follow the same itinerary, but vice versa. The Heathrow Express subterranean train (free inter-terminal service) must be used to access one of the other stations. The duration of the trip would be approx. 40 minutes* (1 hr 15 min inclusive possible delay).
