I have had no negative experiences with Jet from my first order 2 years ago until today. Our support is fantastic! The parcel was sent to my old adress ( somehow my new adress was not verified, my own fault), the parcel was not returned and without declaration (and NOTE to the somebody who kept my items) they sent me a free substitute (worth 60$), the friendly lady who was helping me was just fast and sympathetic!

So angry and stunned I was and she just said, "We'll take good care of it, your parcel will be there in 2 days" I'll be a client forever and I'm so grateful for you, Jet and all its JetHeads. During my period of mayhem in this predicament, my 2-year-old boy just came out of the operation and my 4-year-old girl broke elbows, Jet gave me rest.

Hopefully everyone will see how great your business is and I will keep raving about you (now even MORE!) Thank you so much that I can't thank you enough. Hopefully your little ones will be fine and the new parcel will arrive in time.

There are no problems with Jet support. Although our client services are still very professionally managed, inexpensive goods will make a cemetery of loyalties. Thank you for taking the opportunity to provide us with this feed-back.
